We purchased your Wireless Security cameras for our bar and motel and want you to know how pleased we are with them!The system was easy to set up and install and the quality of the pictures is first rate. We were pleasantly surprised how clear the pictures are when the lights are off.We purchased the system with the 3 terabyte hard drive which allows plenty of space to record. Using the software is extremely easy and the instructions were very easy to understand too! I bought and installed an 8 chanels camera system Smonet in Nov/2023. It has been very good. On June/2024 one of the cameras lost its infrared function. It was working fine in daylight, but in night time it was dark. I reported it to Nacho, Smonet Customer Support and got a camera replacement and very good service.I would intrduce Smonet to all of my friends.

I have been using these for awhile now, and no issues. Very easy to set up, plugs into the HD port, and clear pictures. Legs once in awhile but nothing to worry about.

I presently have a Zosi 8 camera system but it is wired so i wanted to purchase a wireless system , i would have bought a Zosi wireless but they don't offer on amazon an 8 camera wireless system so i went for this Smonet 8 cam wireless systemThe Zosi system is very easy to navigate , i am100% satisfied with it ,Assuming all systems were similar i bought the Smonet system , well i was wrong , i was not installing it until weather warms up but i connected all the cams to check the system outI personally find it the most frustrating system .i find it extremely hard to navigate and in the end i gave up , i tried a couple times but i know i cannot use this system .I will probably buy the Zosi 4 cam wireless system offered here and buy 4 more cams separatelyExpensive lesson

At the beginning I was a bit confised about motion detection but the support team helped me understand and set it up. These cameras have a very good ramge amd stability as I purchased them before. All good, recommended.

This is my second system purchased from SMONET. It’s a very nice set of wireless camera system. The price is very reasonable and the video quality is definitely clear.Reminder, Do NOT forget to buy a separate SAT hard disk with 3.5-inch interface. It’s very easy to install hard drive following user manual.Don’t buy the wrong type of hard disk. You also can send e-mail to SMONET customer service to get right hard disk link.Cameras also have an articulating base, which allows you to mount on ceiling or wall and still be able to position the camera in any position you would like.The Recorder has a great user interface, and there are applications to view your cameras on PC, Android and iOS.Once you overcome the initial learning curve, the rest steps are easy and straight-forward. The wireless connection works great.Additionally, Grace is very patient and professional, she always helps and replies my e-mails less than 24 hours every time.Overall, this is a great wireless camera system with Amazing price and fantastic customer service. I recommended the system to many friends.

The well protected package was delivered fast.The NVR box and cameras are stylish. The picture is very clear and online immediately once all connections were plugged in. Customer service is great. Email exchanges are prompt. You can add 2 more cameras to this system. I've had this setup at my house for over one week now. It works as advertised. Setup was fairly easy even though the instructions. The ability to view the security cameras remotely via a smartphone is very helpful. I am so happy to know how to access these cameras when I am outside my home network and on a personal computer/laptop. Video quality is as expected at 960P. It is clear enough in both daytime and night time to see clearly. Overall, I would highly recommend this product given its price, quality, and accessibility.

Happy with the product. Cameras work great. Night vision is great (may have to adjust camera brightness setting for best results). Has a cool motion detector alarm that sounds off at the DVR when cameras detect movement. Easy to install and operate. I would recommend buying extension cords for the camera plugs. Trust me, you will need them.

Easy to Setup. All I needed to do was to power up the system and cameras, and done! Follow the instructions for configuring the system, and you are set. I bought a system without HDD because I have a couple hanging around, and I installed one myself – you have clear instructions for this too. One of the things which made me buy from SMONET was the customer support: in my research I paid attention the way they answered users’ questions, and I was not disappointed at all. I needed to install two of the cameras at some distance (25-27 meters and a couple concrete walls in between the NVR and the two cameras), and SMONET customer support helped me set it so the signal is good for all cameras. I am very pleased with their help and with the system as a whole. I recommend this wireless security camera because of the price, the quality of the image from the cameras and especially the customer service.

The setup of the 2 cameras to the NVR system was easy: the cameras were automatically detected and the quality of the image is great even in night vision mode. After I changed the admin password I had problems connecting through the android app (IP Pro) because the password was invalid. Only after looking through the "customer questions and answers" on amazon I realized that maybe the reason for the login problem on the NVR system and android app was that I had entered more than the recommended max 8 characters. Since I could not login on the NVR system with the new admin password, I called the customer service so they could give me the reset password and the agent that answered me was extremely helpful in guiding me through all the process of resetting the admin password. I want to thank her for her patience and professionalism throughout all the call. Camera works in the yard perfect. Can't say enough about the customer service. Excellent product. Overall recommended.
