This set from CAMCAMP provides everything you need to get started with adding a home security video system. The cameras are excellent quality with PTZ functionality, which is unusual at this price. The ability to have two-way communication is also exceedingly rare at this price. The NVR is rather standard and is nearly identical to every other NVR I have tried with the only difference being the branding. The cameras are clear in both bright sunlight as well as using the night vision functionality. Note, color night vision relies on the lighting of the cameras and like all others offering color night vision, the distance the color night vision works is limited. The fact that all this comes with a 3TB HDD as well makes this a bargain.

If you don't care about truthful advertising, just want a plug and play functional setup and only use your phone to interact with it, this is a great system. Oh, and you also must not mind your audio, video and entire life in the hands of some small, unreputable company overseas that is not a digital ally to the USA, not to mention who may be able to access this unsecure system across the world.I admit, I was captivated by the features. Dual lens, Pan and tilt, auto tracking, alarm and flashing lights on detect, awesome night vision, two way audio.. wow! Just a few years ago this would have been unheard of. And at what a bargain, considerably less than other even less systems on the market. But remember, if your not paying for the product, you are the product.A company that advertises security should be secure. That means that nobody unauthorized should have access to your system. The manual only tells you to use their app to set it up. Reputable systems allow you to setup the device separate from the cloud based, overseas app. There is no priority to secure the system. Setting a password is optional. Even further, you should be able to edit access to the individual cameras. With this system, this is impossible. You may have heard those news reports where strangers across the globe can access open camera systems, peering in at people in their homes, watching their kids. Now I don't want to fear monger, typically those are cases of people not changing or setting a password on the cameras so they are unsecure. Would you allow your wifi or internet to broadcast without a password? No? Why then the device that has access to audio and video in and around your home? You cannot, in any way secure the individual cameras. While the camera's to talk to the NVR, they are still open and accessible across the network. Data is constantly being sent to remote servers. With a device that has local storage, this isn't necessary. However, you can't access anything without the app. After reaching out to the seller, here was their response:"The camera system can only be accessed in the "CLOUDEYE365" APP for the time being."Ok, moving on from the lack of security and wide vulnerability. On to quality.Cameras are plastic. Quality is subpar, while advertised for outdoor use, I doubt for long. A large rubber boot covers the bottom labeled "CF Card", a technology not used in decades. Opening this gives immediate access to the circuit board and internals. It wouldn't take much rain to drip down and wick up in this area. The LED's and night vision is acceptable.Listing states the camera's are 4MP, but if you log into the NVR they are only 2MP, at 15FPS. On a phone they still look crisp but any details needed in an event like a license plate or facial details will be lacking.Ok, info for the fellow nerds:No ONVIF support, no RSTP. In depth scan showed no open ports on the camera's other than port 80, so if using RTSP it's tunneled. My email to the seller asking about this was ignored. The NVR is accessible over the network. If you set the password on it directly, you can't access it with the app, it'll tell you the password is wrong. Can't access the NVR without using Edge in Internet Explorer mode, downloading and running some activx controls and it cuts out every few minutes.Don't bother trying Blue Iris, iSpy, or other software. They locked these down pretty good. Only way these are remotely usable is the app, as they stated.

Doesnt Support all the features they Claim without a Subscription to their Clowd Garbage! The NVR is Pretty Decent the Cams Are OK but the features are not smart enough to separate Rain from actual intruders on a Rainy Day as well as moving limbs will trigger it!
