Easy setup, clear video, and works great without Wi-Fi. The battery lasts long, and motion detection is spot on. Highly recommend!

The product was well packaged and easy to unbox.The instructions both text and video were simple and clear to follow. I charged the product fully before installing in living room. Because I am a visual learner, I followed the video instructions.Installation in my living room was easy, and the design is compact and cute.The App was quick to download and easy to navigate.I feel so safe knowing that I can see activity in my living space, plus the sound quality is clear and crisp. The photo recording brightness is easily distinguished. My wifi connectivity is stable and consistent.Great purchase, will highly recommend.

I bought this product for home security for the short times I’m out and especially to keep and eye on my kittens.Setup via Javiscam UBox app is very straight forward for basic use. Unfortunately it’s not clear and precise on how to setup actions for motion to record only vs basic schedule for time of day. For scheduling auto recording called Arming Schedule … the Javiscam UBox app uses only a 24hr clock which at first seems ideal yet it is not. You cannot set to record at 23hrs (11pm) to 04:00 (4AM) as it’ll error with “Start Time cannot be later than End time”. This limitation means I have to set it from 18:00 until 23:00 and I’m unable to set it for the range I want to. Furthermore in 6 days my 12GB MicrosSD card is 67% used on HD setting.Notifications doesn’t seem to work in iOS 16, even though I’ve given it permissions (including immediate alerts when in any iOS enabled Focus mode).The video quality is more than adequate including night mode which was very clear (kinda like navy seals tech you see in late 90’s movies) and pressing the light bulb icon in night mode really brightens up the view. Very surprisingly good camera quality.Sound is also a user selectable option, allowing you to hear live, record sound during arming schedule or based on movement alerts (spy cam cannot separately identify humans from pets, not advertised to though). But the speaker allows you from your smartphone via UBox app to speak to the camera - kinda neat and my kittens trip out lmao (1 level down from Infrared pen fun times).Note that you’re unable to download all recorded video from the SE card to your phon e at once only from the cloud services gives you that option. This means downloading 1 at a time and you cannot queue further downloads until the current one is complete. If it’s any consolation you can scrub though recorded video from MicroSD quite decently fast same performance as from the cloud.I love how this can operate 5-6hrs on battery alone even recording to the SD card (I chose no sound and recordings are at night).My needs for home security have changed, and although this is a great Spy cam that can be hidden quite easily and smartphone ecosystem agnostic, I’m leaning to more hone security for these reasons:iOS ecosystem allows no fee to record to iCloud storage. There are bugs but for any spy cam or security cam, recording to cloud is BEST option. If your camera is stolen and recordings are to SD on board there goes your recordings and thus proof.Need home security that can identify my cats vs humans and ignore auto recording from cat movements.Able to talk to and from the camera simultaneously & fluidly, even connected to hone speakers to pick up mood on my cats if I’m gone for up to 24hrs (enough food n water of course is left for them)Further ecosystem integration etc.I’ll loose the discreetness, on board power leaving this cam yet I hope Javiscam overcomes the Arming Schedule limitation within the UBox app.Solid 4/5 as I said before great Spy camera, I just need more home security camera. This was my first of either kind and a positive experience. Great price.

This camera works really well and takes super clear images. The camera life and motion detection are just as advertised. Actually everything's just as advertised, and is customizable in the app, which is pretty good! It does kind of worry me about data security where everything is so great with the camera and the price is so low. As everything stands right now though I would give the camera a 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend it.

Super easy to set up and no WiFi needed. The 4K video is crystal clear, and the 4G connection works great. Battery lasts a long time, and motion alerts are accurate. Great for my car and travel security need it

The night vision image is very good, same clarity and detail as the "daytime" image. The wide angle lens covers a lot of territory. Like all very wide angle lenses, there is a little distortion, but that's the trade-off for getting the wide view. The camera is controlled with an app on Android or iPhone. It provides a live view and displays saved video clips. In the app, you can zoom the image with the familiar "finger pinch" gesture. No app for PC, but the SD card can be moved to a PC to view or copy saved clips. Motion detection works well and the app gives activity notifications. Motion detection is disabled when using live view, but the camera automatically saves the live view, so no activity is lost. These are tagged "network wakeup" instead of "activity detected". Cloud storage of video clips is available by subscription(with a free trial), but I don't need that and have not tried it. The app supports multiple cameras, so you can have coverage throughout the house. Great security camera at a decent price.

I have bought several of these. Some I use for watching the birds on my window feeder and other times I’ll put them to use as a security camera while we’re away. The clarity of the camera allows a clear and wide angle viewing. I do wish the mount came with a suction cup capability that would allow me to move them from one window to another.

This security camera meets all the needs that I was looking for. The battery life is excellent as are the field of view. Can be used in HD mode for clear video. Cloud storage is available along with SD card slot. It is small enough to conceal. Overall a great camera.

Overall I’d say this camera does the job! We got it so we could see what kind of activities our hermits are up to at night (nocturnal). Pretty clear image and I like the motion detection feature. Only negatives are the camera doesn’t always catch the motion (even on high setting) and sometimes the app fails to download my recordings multiple times (usually longer videos) and that can be a bit frustrating, but eventually it does work!

Purchased to keep an eye on dogs that are fighting. The camera quality and setup is great. Night vision can use some work. When there is very little light, the camera doesn't pick up much for video. Motion sensing is really good. Setup was quick and easy and the SDCard slot is very accessible. This is one I'm keeping to take around with me when needed.
