First of all....the instructions that came with it, they should just be tossed in the garbage. They won't help you at all. They will make you want to return the device.The video is a lot easier to follow. I won't say it's perfect, and sometimes it seems like we can't connect to it at all. But it's resolved our main issue, which was our Firestick (in the upstairs bedroom) seemed to drop out a lot because I guess the signal was weak from the router. We installed this just, maybe, 15 feet away from the router, near a stairwell, and we haven't had our TV drop out since.So, it's suiting the intended purpose. But the set-up was just bonkers.

I’ve got high speed fiber with my modem giving average 400mbps however the extender never repeats greater than 30mbps. I’ve tried it on both 2.4 and 5.0. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Wifi coverage is not stable. At times no wifi at all.

I got this in spite of typos in the description and pictures. I had actually attempted to cancel when I looked closer at the ad, but was too late so I went ahead with the order. I set it up... The last step had a "FISNISH" button - but I clicked it out of curiosity... It did indeed FINISH the setup.Connection speed is good. Better than an old router I had doing this job. I put it probably further than I should away from the source but still maintain a good signal.Now it's just a matter of how long it works... Fingers crossed.

Easy to set up. Works from my house router back to my garage thru a few walls - about 60 feet distance
