WE have all the receivers in different parts of our home and I have programed them to "ring" in different tones. The sound quality of voices is not as good as previous phones. The display is dim.

Ce produit , ne devrait vraiment pas être sur le marché , tellement il est de très pauvre qualité , très cheap . D'ailleurs , je vais vous le retourner , car lorsque je l'ai reçu , e n'était pas dans une boîte original de At&T , mais dans une petite boîte de carton écrit coconut à l'intérieur , mais pas du tout identifiée et touts les téléphones étaient tous mélangés ensembles , aucune protection en carton entre eux . Je n'ai même pas un livre d'instruction . Alors , je n'ai donc aucune idée , comment programmer toutes les options , sur ces nouveaux téléphones . Depuis 15 ans , que je fais affaire avec Amazon , je n'ai jamais vu un truc pareil . Je ne sais pas , si c'est dans la livraison qu'il y a eu un problème , mais je suis certaine qu'au départ , ça ne pouvait pas être dans cette boîte de conserve , inscrit coconut . Alors , je veux être remboursé , pour cet achat , et c'est fini pour mou AT&T .

How do i go about returning these phones? They do display Call Waiting, only about every 5th call. that is not suitable, I cannot find out who has called, as the number does not show up.The display on the phone is soo small, it is very hard to read. I got them because of the colours,and they are lovely, but not suitable in other ways. Thank you The write up for these phones shows that they are amazing. they do not have caller Id -only once in awhile. the photo shows a large writing display o the front,when actually the print is very small. I love the colours,but the phones are not suitable for an over 80 year old. Can i return these phones even though it is Thank over 30days. I really thought i could get used to them,but it is not happening.Thank you.

These phones aren’t too bad except I bought them for my 85 year old mom and the display is too small and therefore harder to read.I actually bought her another brand with larger display and kept these for myself as a backup once my current ones stop working properly.

I just got this extra handset and set it up within minutes! It is compatible with the Vtech model CS6509. Works perfectly. It "registered" itself to my original phone docking station quickly. Red color is also very pretty! If you are looking for the model number of your original phone but don't have the owners manual on hand, I found mind by taking out the battery out and the model number was right there.

works as expected and cool color blue. For some reason the phone stopped working but I googled on how to restore to factory settings since the instruction which came with the phone didn't include this. Resetting to factory worked. Therefore I kept the phone and have not had any problems with this expandable phone working with my base phone ever since.

I love these phones - and the red color too! So easy to find if I put them down somewhere. The one feature I wish it had was a verbal caller ID. I had that on my last phone and it was great because I didn't have to pick up and look at the phone to see who was calling. That is especially helpful with all the telemarketing calls that come in despite being on the DO NOT CALL list.
