This mat is great quality. It’s almost identical to my manduka mat I’ve had for years! My only complaint is that it smells very strongly after opening. I’m planning to let it air out a bit outside to see if it helps.

I’ve used this once & it is SO slippery. I couldn’t even do one downward facing dog without my hands slipping forward. I’m highly disappointed for the price. Also had a strong plastic smell when opened.
