I bought this Video Splitter Cable to be able to have my computer monitor split between two monitors. Unfortunately after installing it and trying out different options, it tuned out that only one side seemed to work and the other one just stayed black or just coloured lines. Now if I only wanted one side to work, I wouldn't buy a splitter to not to what it should. So I unfortunately had to return it, which thankfully was not hard to do so far. For everyone I hope that I received a bad one and that the splitter usually works, but as of now I wouldn't buy the same one again. Sorry

*** EDIT *** Removing 1 star as I need to restart everytime my computer goes to sleep to get my monitors to register again. Pretty annoying.Did exactly what I needed it to do. Can finally use my tablet display with a dual monitor set up. The cord is pretty beefy and I feel confident it will last awhile. I researched my graphics card before hand to ensure it would support up to 4 displays. Had to update the driver for it but after a couple restarts win10 set everything up for me!

Worked as expected, it's a bit finicky with my computer, I have to have it unplugged when I boot it up or doesn't work, otherwise it's great.

Product quality deserves 5 star but they fail to mention the resolution conflict with the computer. I tried plugging in a small 1080p tv into the hdmi port and a high definition monitor, then Windows 10 and AMD Control Center only display 640x480 pixel resolution in both screens, no matter the order of connections.I read the best option is an expensive powered splitter but didn't buy it as I don't mind having 640x480 in those 2 external monitors.

purchased 2 units, one unit would not work and the other the screens were fuzzy when connected. unable to return do to time purchased and when units were connected for use. do not recommend!
