Cable works as expected. Running from a PC to a 24 inch Dell display at 60 Hz, 1920x1200 resolution. No issues. Display picture matches a 3 ft. cable with no discernible picture quality difference.

As per the title, trying to connect Mac to Cinema display over a 10m distance. How, I asked myself, given the Apple display's have built-in short cables?First I tried this passive InLine 10m DP-DP (m-m) cable:http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001KW8U40Did NOT work! I bought three of these cables, only one worked, if zero stars was an option that would be the rating. I have crawled through floor voids and routed through ceilings only to find out too late just what a pile of rubbish these are. Not only that I have travelled 200 sodding miles to install them.

Didn't work for me at all. I tried reversing the connection order (since it is uni-directional) but it made no difference. The cable is very thin and flexible, so if it works with your hardware it might still be a good choice.
