The chalks are the product expected. The box is different than pictured but expect this is due to updated packing. Package arrived a couple days later than estimated but got here before I needed them. Totally acceptable and understandable Given the potential for shipping delays due to recent weather events Thank you !

The product came with the box opened and some sticks are shorter than others. I don’t mind since I’m only using it for polymer clay but still…

Iam comfort with Staedtler product but I received the old product. There have holes in the case of the chalk.They delivered an old product.
