I like this bench, since that I can use it in combination with a power tower in order to raise my legs so that my exercises are more difficult. However, one pin which came into an angle didn't had the exact angle to match the assembly. I didn't want to bother. So I kept it despite this minor thing.

Bench back only goes up and down, that is not foldable/collaspable bench. Also, my package came with no assembly instructions, I had to dig online to find it.

When the bench is flat, there is a huge gap between the two cushions. When you try to sit or lie down on the bench, you tend to fall into the gap which is uncomfortable and not good for your lower back.

Overall for the price great product. I do find the knee rest flimsy and the seat is long so not a true decline for ab workouts

It works well for my needs. I'm 5'4, so the back extension was fine for me, but I can see how people a lot taller people might have issues. Only complaint is that it wobbles a bit, but not enough to be noticeable.Took me about 45 mins to put together. Instruction didn't say that the middle screw, we were suppose to screw it in. I spent around 10 mins trying to hammer it in, until I started turning the screw.

This bench is AMAZING. It does NOT fold, which doesn't really matter, but that part should be taken out. However I have seen mixed reviews but I have absolutely NO issues at all. I'm a big guy, it supports myself and my weights, easily 350lbs. Highly recommended!
