A great addition to my modest little home gym.Very well built and solid. I read the reviews about this bench being wobbly, but I find it to be rock solid with absolutely zero wobbly even on carpet... I weigh 198 pounds could dance on this bench if I had any rhythm.Assembly took all of 10 minutes, all the parts were in the box and there wasn't a scratch on it.It looks amazing, it's rock solid, easy to assemble, and provided a great base for multiple workout routines.I am not a brand snob, I buy what works and what I can afford. CAP fitness products are great budget friendly products I can really put to work without hurting my wallet.

Despite having three screws at the bottom of each leg, the top still wobbles a bit from side to side. This is very annoying when lying down and handling heavy weights.

Nice and simple,15 bolts & 4 rubber foot pads! I used a little blue loctite to ensure they stay put and not back out 👍🏻

This was a birthday present that I was initially very excited about, but it turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. If you look at the attached picture showing the exploded diagram for assembly, you will see that there are supposed to be holes on the top and bottom of the cross beam for attaching the seat. As you can see in my picture, the holes were on the sides (so seat cannot be attached). The Mfr. welded it in the wrong orientation.Could not reach the mfr customer service and because I did not want to send it back (oversized packages are a pain), I took it to the garage and drilled new holes myself. HOWEVER, when I attempted to attach the seat I found that the corresponding threaded inserts were bad and I had to re-tap them.I did manage to get the bench together, but it was a real hassle and I would not recommend.

It had a small metal piece that holds the bench up missing other than that it’s great
