Where has this saw been all my life. I am very impressed with this item. I bought it because it was lightweight and easy to transport, uses 5 amps of electricity so I don't need to worry about tripping circuits, and can cut large tiles. I tested it out and was expecting it to be slow at 5 amps, and messy as its a wet-saw, but it was both fast, and clean. It is better than I expected it to be.2 very minor down sides: It has no way to bolt or clamp it down to a table (I'll make an adjustment), and you have to tip it over to empty the water.

This product works awesome. The only thing I would suggest is changing the blade immediately when you buy this, it does come with a fairly cheap blade that doesn’t do what you’re probably looking for it to do.

This saw has provided value for my money, no question.. It cut through 1/2 " porcelain tile with no problems IF you kept the tile properly aligned. In all honesty, I prefer the built in water pan. It was less an inconvenience, then the constant removal, refilling and reinstalling of the water pan in other wet saws in this price category. The blade guard is a spiffy piece of engineering . The lubricating water was recycled back into the reservoir, and not spat out on me. Brilliant! Cleaning any wet saw is a pain in the ass, high end or low, this one is no different in my opinion. While I believe at this point this issue to be primarily cosmetic, I don't think the saw top should look so abused after once use. This is the third wet saw I have purchased at roughly these price points over the last 15 years. It is by far, the best of the lot.

The Saw Works. Wouldn't use for big jobs (obviously). The slide and fence are a little sticky, not super reliable for guidance on tiles that are not square, but you get the hang of it. Start on easy cuts. It comes with a blade, which is awesome at this price. The blade is quality for a small job Read the instructions, there are a few things in there that are helpful.

Rips through ceramic tile like butter - but it will get messy.- Update after doing a bathroom floor and a kitchen floor, plus a backsplash - still working great after hundreds of cuts. I bought a spare blade but have not needed to use it yet - the original is still ripping through ceramic tile effortlessly. It does spray a fair bit of water around and is awkward to clean, but works perfectly!- Another update - I've been forced to reduce my rating by two stars as I found what I can only interpret as an intentional weakness designed into the tool to force consumers to replace it prematurely. The screws that hold the blade splash guard in place, unsurprisingly, corrode. This is to be expected as they are in a wet environment, but the problem is that the nuts that they screw into are, firstly, undersized and have rounded corners, an second, they are simply trapped between two flimsy pieces of plastic. As can be expected, once the screws corrode, the plastic can no longer prevent the nuts from spinning and the guard cannot be removed. No competent designer would miss this flaw when producing the tool. I can only assume that this is intentional, intended to force the purchase of a new tool once this completely predictable corrosion occurs.Fortunately, I have access to some resources that some users might not have. I was able to first, cut off the wings that hold guard in place, then 3D print an alternative mounting strategy. Sad to find this unfortunate and unscrupulous tactic by the manufacturer on a tool that otherwise has exceeded expectations.

Just got through finishing the tile back splash in out kitchen. Makes clean cuts and works very well. I don't know if I would use it in a finished room because of splashing but it does contain most of the water and minimizes the splashing. Best small tile saw I have used yet.

The saw works okay, but not the best. I recommend spending more and getting a better saw. The blade the saw comes with is also useless for tile.

This works great. The blade cover keeps the water spray to almost nothing. You can use this inside and not worry about the mess until you have to empty it. It empty easily into a bucket if it was not over filled. If you put too much water in it there will be a mess. Take it outside to clean it out after you empty it. It will be full of ceramic tile stuff and cleaning it in a sink is not advised. It cuts well with the included blade but go slow. Replacement blades might cut faster but the included blade worked well and lasted for my whole job.The blade cover completely hides the blade when it's running but there are markings on the table to help keep the alignment. The included guide works well but I found that using the table markings worked just as well. This is well worth the little extra money over the cheaper saws. Being able to use the saw close to your project is priceless.

I bought this saw because it was the same price as renting, and therefore more convenient to own and have available when I needed it. I'm tiling a breezeway floor with 4x8 travertine stone, 3/8" thick.I have to say, I can't believe the things people are reporting who give it a 1-star rating. This saw works GREAT.For those who say the blade guard jams, it appears that they didn't read the instructions, which clearly tell how to adjust its height higher than your work piece, so that it glides under the guard without binding, while offering safety and shielding from splashing. To the person who said the mounting screw holes were too big and he had to use longer screws and nuts, he didn't know how to assemble the guard. You remove the screws, slide the bracket UNDER the table top and put the screws back in, as it's the bracket that has the screw threads. I think people who don't read directions or don't have the skills to use tools are panning a good product.Yes, the fence is cheap, but if you take care lining it up and tighten the hold-down screws securely, the fence is straight and works well. The water tray should be filled often, as the blade doesn't really pick up water if the tray is less than half full, and then the blade gets hot and cuts a lot slower. Add water to the tray about every 3-4 tiles and it's just fine. I've cut 20 tiles so far and had no issues at all. Doesn't chip or bog down, blade guard minimizes splashing on you. I braced the saw against the railing of my deck so that as I push the tile, I'm holding the saw in place against the railing, and it doesn't move. No chips, no failures. Very happy with this purchase.
