I really like this support pillow. I’ve never found the large lumbar support pillows very comfortable. I don’t know if that’s because I’m quite short or just how they try to force your spine into a certain position.This smaller pillow sits at (almost) the perfect height for me and gives me both support and pushes me a bit forward in my chair for better posture.It also has a decent amount of give to it unlike more rigid support pillows so you can kind of sink into it while still being supported.Finally the shape slightly hugs your lower back just like I think you’d want it to and the width of the pillow will fit any desk chair I think - maybe not task style chairs. It’s also great on a lounge chair - again especially if you’re on the short side since it pushes you a few inches forward so your legs are at a more correct position posture wise.My one complaint I guess and why it only gets 4 stars is it could be a few inches taller. If it was it would be the ideal size for most people without having to adjust its position on your chair. A pretty minor gripe on my part but I thought I should mention it.Note: it comes vacuum sealed and rolled up and will take a couple days at least to fully reach its expanded size. I suggest you regularly manipulate and fluff it (not that it’s very fluffable given its density) in the first couple of days to help it reach its correct shape. You’ll notice the backside will remain looking a bit unfluffed and wrinkled compared to the front side but the front side will be fully expanded and provide the support promised. I think the backside is a bit softer so it moulds to the chair easier but I could wrong and it’s just how the stuffing is distributed.All in all I recommend this pillow if you’re in need of lumbar support or just want to sit a bit forward in whatever chair your using it with. This is especially true if your on the short side like myself.I’ll probably pick up a 2nd one for my lounge chair so I can leave this one on my desk chair since it’ll eventually mold to my back and the chair so I’ll want to keep it in place.I hope you found this review helpful.

I purchased this pillow hoping it would be comfortable enough to sit on (not the correct usage however). It was slightly too hard as the seller suggested but I had to find out. It is still a nicely made cushion so maybe I or someone else in the family will find use for it. I will not return it.
