Perfect fit. Try to get one from eBay but got the wrong one because of their lack of good information about their fans never again

I ordered this to replace my older Broan model 678-G fan. The sizing was accurate and the new unit fit perfectly. The fan was easy to install in the original receptacle by just setting the fins in the existing holes and locking it in place. It runs great, and it's a significant upgrade from the old 50 CFM motor I had before, but it's just as quiet as the older model was at more than twice the power. The only issue is that the "external start capacitor" (the little black box on the wiring) gets in the way if you need to install a lighting fixture in the same receptacle, but overall, it's a minor annoyance, and you can use a zip tie to hold it to the frame out of the way.Overall, it's a perfect replacement for the old fan.
