The Sandvik stainless steel blade on the Craftline Carpentry Chisel makes it an ideal choice when working in construction applications, where blades see hard use and are commonly exposed to dirt and moisture. An ergonomic, TPE rubber handle with coil-formed rounding provides extra grip and control. A finger guard on the handle offers additional safety. Included with the knife is a hard plastic Combi-Sheath, which provides a quick-connect feature for attaching a second knife and sheath. For me, the Morakniv chisel is an unusual tool. I do use chisels, utility knives, box cutters, the painter's tool, and other such things. But this short knife blade with a chisel tip is so darn handy! I use if often and it now lives on my work table where I continue to find uses for it. There was a learning curve, though. A chisel is sharp on the end; a knife is sharp on the side. This is both, and since it is VERY sharp, it's best to be aware of that from the start. Luckily it only took one close call to get my serious attention and respect. Its case is hard and tough and gives it (and me) good protection. I am coming to treasure this little thing, and while I won't be giving them away willy-nilly, I will recommend it seriously to my woodworking friends.

This is my third Mora and I love it! This is a very interesting tool that is as home in the shop as it is in the bush, its versatility is unique. This is my first carbon steel Mora so i'll have clean and oil it after use. As with my other Moras it arrived quickly, came shaving sharp with the versatile combi sheath that lets you piggyback it with other Moras or attach it to a button. The performance of all my Morakniv knives has exceeded my expectation at the price point they are sold at for their intended purpose!

Morakniv is amazing. You cant really beat the price and quality. The high carbon steel with rust very easily, so take care of it and keep it dry. Unique chisel design that I havent seen before. As a woodworker, I keep it on my belt.

Cuts well. The flat tip works great as a chisel. The corner works well as an X-acto. The sheat snaps solidly. The price is ok but not shure if an X-acto with replacable blades is not better because you always have a sharper blade than this.

Use it as a general purpose utility knife in the garage, great for that - although I realized after buying that I won't be able to sharpen it with my regular knife sharpening guides, it would require chisel sharpening gear which I don't have. Otherwise, very useful blade for the price. Comfortable handle and cover holds securely (although the cover is plastic, it seems rugged enough so far - we'll see how long it lasts). Was very sharp when it arrived, and so far seems to hold its edge well after occasional (and fairly abusive) general use around the shop.

llevo unos meses con el cuchillo y lo he usado como cincel, como cuchillo de talla, como palanca, como cuchillo de pesca... y ni una muesca en la hoja está afilado como el primer día estoy maravillado con este cuchillo sin duda lo recomendaría como regalo a una persona que de verdad valores por que a día de hoy todavía soy capaz de encontrarle nuevas utilidades

Sehr scharfe Schneide und auch eine echte 90 Grad schneide. Das messer ist sehr Robust ausgeführt, ideal für die Baustelle aber auch in der Werkstatt. Von einem Morakniv ist man es aber gewohnt das es auf ganzer Linie überzeugt.

Very good knife/tool, very happy with it. Comes pretty damn sharp in a nice sheath that it clicks into for extra safety. Just look at any of the youtube videos if you're unsure.Won't be the last that's for sure.
