Parfait pour soutenir le bras qui manipule la souris. Si j'avais su que cela existait avant je n'aurais peut-être pas maintenant un mal d'épaule. Je vous le conseille vivement si votre chaise de bureau ne possède pas d'accoudoir.

I've been dealing with shoulder pain for the last five weeks and have been seeking the help of a Physiotherapist. Although, I do not believe the source of the pain is repetitive stress from mouse and keyboard use; Early on, it became obvious that the constant requirement of computer use in my life was aggravating the pain and perhaps even slowing down my recovery. Once I added this ergonomic arm rest to my workstation, my recovery has really begun to accelerate. The armrest can be clamped to most desks. It is important that you have a flat surface to connect to that is at least an inch to an inch and a half deep. The clamp will connect to a surface that is less than 2 inches and tightens easily. The arm pivots at two points making it very flexible to position and it raises and lowers to give you lots of flexibility for height of the wrist, forearm or elbow. It works perfectly as designed, but here's a pro tip.I spend equal time keyboarding and mouse manipulating and switch back and forth constantly. For this use, I found it best to find the appropriate position and secure the arm's angles with tape (I used black Duct Tape). This makes it easy to get the wrist into and out of position for keyboarding and ensures the wrist rest remains in the correct position upon return. It's not required, but if you're situation is like mine, you should consider it.

🌟 Quality: This ergonomic armrest is well-made with solid metal components that clamp securely onto desks. The armrest's smooth finish and firm microfiber padding add a nice touch. While the top has a slight wobble, it's designed to swivel and balance with your arm's movements. The overall build quality is great, and the armrest feels sturdy even with heavier arms resting on it.⚙️ Functionality: The armrest performs as intended, providing comfortable support for your elbow while working or gaming. It swivels and moves freely, making it easy to adjust your posture. The height is adjustable, though it may sit a bit higher than some might prefer, even at its lowest setting. It folds neatly against the desk when not in use, which is a handy feature. However, it would benefit from more height adjustment options to better suit different ergonomic needs.💰 Price: Price is good.🏆 Overall: Overall, this armrest is a solid addition to any workspace, offering comfort and support with its sturdy build and smooth movement. While it could use more precise height adjustments, it's still a highly functional and well-designed product. I’m quite happy with it and would recommend it.

So I don't want to blame the product here... I personally didn't like using it, but it was probably because I'm so used to be held differently. Keeping so maybe with a different desk with no L section, it might fit better with those. It not the most solid, but it ok for something that just clamp like it does.

This elbow rest is amazing! It has helped reduce the strain on my trapezius and shoulder muscles because the arm rest of my desk chair is not high enough and doesn't adjust in height. So this elbow rest “fills the gap” of what's needed. It swings freely side to side on two separate hinges so there's a lot of range in angles and motion. It raises up and down on five notches as you can see in the pictures and they are super strong as the notches piece is made of steel. There's no moving the adjustment and this is a good thing. The clamp has a removable rubber trim lining to give it good grip to your desk. The opposing side of the clamp has a thin piece of rubber glued to the metal. The actual pringles-shaped curved pad that your elbow sits on, spins/rotates freely so it moves with your arm when you switch from mouse keyboard and vice versa. It has a thin fabric pad that prevents my skin from sticking to it. This is such a great product that I didn't even know I needed until now so I may have to order a second one for the other side as I am ambidextrous with the mouse.

This IMGadgets ergonomic arm rest was the perfect solution.I have a nice office chair that I use most of the time and need the armrests for using the Mac.The problem was that when I play guitar, I could only use that nice chair if I sat only at the very edge, which is not comfortable and still risks banging the guitar on the right armrest. At first I thought it was odd that this clamp-on armrest only came as a single armrest rather than a pair. That’s when I had the idea to install it on the right side of my desk and remove the right armrest from the chair, leaving me with only a left armrest. Now, although it looks a bit odd, I have the best of both worlds for Mac use or guitar without needing a second chair that only gets minimal use.

Swivels and glides fluidly this arm rest clamps onto desks with robustness of metal components. It doesn't flex even after having resting my heavier arm onto its plastic rounded base. Top does have tad bit of wobbling effect because its meant to balance out the arm and swivel alongside it. The neat thing about this desk clamp armrest is the way it folds flush against tables leaving space to walk around without sticking outwards. Height adjusts upwards around 15 degrees but found the level even on minimum setting too high sitting flush against tables compromising on ergonomics. Where it becomes handy is resting arms once positioned further out from desks near elbows but mechanism lacks ability to tilt base or reduce angle downwards. Top is padded gently in a microfiber but on firmer side of comfort level. Factoring couple of its drawbacks, the sturdy steel clamp and smooth gliding armrest is a compact way of adding comfort to working near desks.
