Great versatile 4K PTZ POE Security Camera System.This is the second Hiseeu kit I purchased.Very easy to set up and the system provides great value.PTZ cameras work well in recent cold weather (-10C). All motors function properly.Night visions with enabled IR LEDs are clear. The cameras provide decent image quality although I would welcome higher resolution.NVR works well with the usual bells and whistles. It hums a little but "slightly loosening" the chassis screws cure the problem.PC client interface is a joy to use. I tried the latest Guard Station and Guard Tool. Accessing the NVR through IP address on browser brings up the full menu. Great interface. Well done Hiseeu!Customer support is great. I always get precise and prompt responses.It would be an ideal system if the cameras provide higher resolution and I can adjust cameras' noise reduction, white balance, shutter speed and exposure control.Overall great affordable system.Highly recommended!

I bought this set because I wanted the PTZ and motion detection to monitor my property. I had a handy tech person run the lines for POE and I have the NVR set up in the basement with a line to my TV as a monitor station.I will admit that the system seems loud, but I'm not down in the area that it's stored so it doesn't bother me. I would suggest tucking it away. But there's also a buzzer function you can set on the NVR for notifications to buzz from that unit and that's kind of cool.I also got the wireless app for notifications and monitoring. I will eventually work on getting it on my desktop computer as well.What I didn't anticipate was how good these cameras are and how many features there are! It's insane. Just as good if not better than my Google Nest camera honestly.I looked through the manual but still didn't completely understand what I was doing. I got in touch with support via email but was having issues with their response disappearing into spam. So I went on their website chat box for support. From there they provided a WhatsApp number to correspond with from my phone and I ended up talking to support via text and it was so easy! They walked me through all the features and how to troubleshoot my issues. With permissions, they were even able to remotely checked on settings for me to make sure everything was correct.Initially I had thought I might need to exchange my model for a different one because I didn't know how to turn the features on. I thought I was buying the one with cross line detection and zone setting, but this one doesn't support that. But now that I can set human detection, I get all the notifications I want anyway.Overall, VERY impressed. Would highly recommend!!

I have been using it for half a year. Very easy to install and configure. Very good image via internet and mobile device. Cameras automatically detect and record moving objects. Hiseeu technical support also provides the best service. Really good product at a good price.

this system works well for my home use. The long cables made it easy to connect cameras at extents of my home. Human body detection works very well to enact an alarm event. With 4 cameras active my 3 TByte drive recorded for over 3 months before overwriting . A few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly by Hiseeu. Note - these particular cameras ONLY offer human detection - if you want Line Crossing detection or other alarm setting, then you need different cameras.

So far it seems to be a good product however the DVR fan is very loud. We made a mistake in wiring the house and the DVR is in my office and the load noise is really annoying and inconvenient. I hope the manufacturer or sells could offer a solution. Thanks

I purchased this product about two weeks ago, and I’m completely satisfied with the quality and everything included in the box. It comes with everything you need for installation, including some wire extensions.The cameras are made with durable, high-quality materials and feel very sturdy. The video quality is excellent, and I was especially impressed with the clarity of the night mode footage.Setting up the cameras is incredibly easy—you don’t need to do anything complicated. Just plug them in, and they connect automatically. You won’t need a professional to install these; you can handle it yourself.Additionally, the customer service is outstanding. I contacted them on a Sunday evening and received a response in less than 30 minutes.

This is a nice expandable system with pan tilt and zoom cameras (as opposed to the fixed ones other packages offer) setup was relatively simple and the picture quality is decent. The 3TB hard drive allows for recording and storing of hours of video onsite. The motors in the camera are a tiny bit loud, but still acceptable.
