They work and they are a nice idea for using when BBQing but very hard to clean and get greasy.I think the rubber type are better

I don't BBQ. But these are GREAT little mops for tight areas and small jobs. I use like a regular string mop. Soak in a sudsy solution and clean in small spaces.
