The original has a torx type head the new ones are a hex Allen head. So when just replacing a few it can be frustrating to be changing tools.

I guess this is partially my bad for not looking closely at the photos but why would you label the item specifically for the dw735 if the screw head is not the same as the original.Yes this works and threads are correct, no issue with balance or weight but the head is an Allen key and not the standard torx. Keep in mind the planer has a torx tool included for service so if you use these that built in tool becomes useless.Really wish I had bought torx heads instead of these but oh well.

Perfect fit. Threads go in smooth as silk. Heads are not as original so your tool that came with planer will not work. Takes a 5/32 Allen wrench
