Used the smaller bit to make holes in ceramic tiles. My tiles are 8mm thick. It took about 15 minutes to go through the tile. By the time I tried to do my second hole, the bit was so dull I would not even mark the tile. I put a little pressure on my drill and bent the bit!These are definitely not good bits and I don't recommend buying them.Update:Easy an Tools contacted me to tell me they where sorry about the defective product and offered me a full refund. They have great customer service.Thanks!

These bits really do work on anything. I used them to drill through bricks and to drill through metal in the same day. And they performed well.I prefer having these over having a dozen set of specialized bits

Opening the package was a pita. Use a knife and slice the bottom of the sticker. You can now separate the top of the case from the bottom.On to the bits themselves. Attached a picture of the 1/4 drill bit after drilling 3 brick holes with it. For the price I cannot complain.I notice some reviews say these bits suck in that they do not work (there is one where the bit bent, I'm not talking about that review). I wonder if it is because they were using the wrong drill / drill-mode. For example, on my drill with hammer mode turned on, it works great on brick. Without hammer mode, it wouldn't make a dent.Hope this helps.

My main purpose of buying a set of multi-purpose drill bits is to use for some home projects from time to time. This set is cheap in Amazon, but the quality is not at okay level. I have a set of concrete drill bits branded as Rona, and I assume those Rona drill bits just at normal quality level comparing to some well-known brands. Comparing to the Rona drill bits, I tested some of the EZARC bits by drilling a normal bricks, but I found the penetration ability of ECARC bits are much worse than Rona's. I had to press the hammer drill much and took longer time to drill same depth. I wouldn't be satisfied with the quality of this set of bits.

I had an issue with a drill bit however the I believe the customer service is second to none with their prompt response in resolving the issue.

I needed a set of drills that would go thru wall tile (Shower Stall) and I needed to be able to go from small to large size in a fashion that my 4 year old could make the change and I could keep one hand on the pieces being drilled. Well these 1/4” Quick Change shafted bits are perfect.I showed my 4 year old the three bits in the order I needed them ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ and how to change them out - I held the piece, called out the bit I needed and was handed the drill with the proper bit in place - no tightening needed - they were seated in the 1/4” socket and I drilled the three holes getting to the largest and then I put in the anchors and we proceeded to the next hole. As she would say “Easy Peasy”.Of course the drills are gritted perfectly to handle ceramic tiles and grout- I did not have any chip out and the pressure needed was about what I use on wood - I never have done a PSI test for wood or tile (sorry).Overall, I liked these so much that I bought an entire set of wood bits with a 1/4” shank - so my helper can continue providing those extra hands when needed.Be safe

Estoy perforando, a la vez, chapa galvanizada, tabique de ladrillo y hormigón. Van muy bien. No me han defraudado aunque, de momento, no tienen mucho uso: entre 40 y 50 taladros con las de 6 y 8 mm. A ver cuántos más aguantan.
