I have recently purchased the Durablow SH3002D-RH On/Off Dual WiFi (2.4G+5G) Gas Fireplace Remote Control for Millivolt Valve.I am extremely happy with the product.I am using it with an Enviro Westgate natural gas fireplace, which was initially controlled by a battery operated remote. I have the attached some pictures.The new unit is now connected now together with the old remote, which gives me local operation as well as operation through the wireless app. Works amazingly smooth.The Durafblow control box has double connecter so you can re-attach the old remote control if you have one. Those will work simultaneously.

Wireless remote takes about 1 min to stall. The remote works well, but needs NEW batteries to connect first shot. App is so so.

OMG!! I was very hesitant to get this being that there’s not much info on if this would work with my unit. Will it did perfectly and flawlessly. The only issue I ran into was that my fan was on an outlet ran by a light switch. Easily fixed be adding a smart plug to that outlet and running the fan cord to the smart plug. This has nothing to do with the quality of the item but more as info for anyone running into this issue. Now both my fireplace and fan both are controlled by either the app or Alexa which is what we use. Very very happy with this product and it was very easy to install!

Worked perfectly on my Quadra Fire free standing fireplace to replace a LUX TX500E basic mV thermostat. I left that connected in case I lose power and want to run the fireplace and connected the Durablow to the TP/TH and TH as instructed, downloaded the Tuya App (I have fingerprint doorlocks already from same company that work great) and connected it and was up and running in less than 15 min with full programming including pairing with Alexa. Highly recommend! My old thermostat would only allow 2 programs so it was very inconvenient on the colder days to keep changing it so I didn't have to manually turn the fireplace off and on. Bought another one for my downstairs smaller freestanding fireplace to make life sooooo much easier. Very easy install if you are mechanically inclined at all :-)

The SH3002D-RH was very easy to install and set up. Now, I can voice-control my fireplace with my Google Home. The remote control is mostly useless; it will turn the fireplace on/off (you can hear the relay click), but what really matters is the temperature setting in the app. So if you turn on with the remote but the ambient temperature in the room is higher than the last temperature you set in the app, the fireplace doesn't come on, so you have to either get your phone or use a voice command to change the temperature setting.Also, it defaults to Celsius, and when I first changed it to Fahrenheit, voice control through Google was still Celsius. I found that after power cycling the control unit, Google resynced with it and started accepting Fahrenheit temperatures in voice commands.Overall I'm happy with the SH3002D-RH.

It was easy to install and set up. The instructions were easy to follow. However, there are no instructions for setting up the schedule or for regular use. The schedule is very tedious to set up or change. Every hour of every day of the week has to be set individually. That's as many as 24x7= 168 temperatures that have to be set.However, the most frustrating part is that if you manually change the temperature at all, the schedule then gets completely ignored. To get back on the schedule, you have to open up the schedule, change something, then re-save it. To get my fireplace warm the house before I wake up, I have to remember to re-save the schedule every night.

I bought this last year to add WiFi functionality to our basement fireplace. I had no prior experience doing any maintenance or work to an electric fireplace. The instruction manual was very confusing for me trying to figure out which configuration I needed to use for connection, but that was mostly a problem exacerbated by my lack of experience.The phone app works great and you can set duration of use and temp min/max. This was definitely worth every penny.
