This product is awful. We did a ton of research on it and how it’s supposed to be “the thing” for swing analytics. We bought it and it wouldn’t work. Then it stopped connecting. The support center told us to reset our iPhone and try again. No. It’s your app and your product.We gave it another shot, thinking it was a lemon. Returned and purchased another one. The exact same error when we went to use it. Then we thought it was because my son wasn’t swinging hard enough. My husband swung the bat and we still got the error. Recharged it. Rebooted the app. Redownloaded the app. Nothing.I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of money, I returned it already and will look at a different company.

Now you can't get the app outside of USA or Canada. And the app is only Apple.

I absolutely love this product and wanted to give it a 5 start review. However there have been issues. My father and I run a baseball/softball school and we have around 100-120 kids that come through our facility weekly. We use this product along with other products to test, track, and set goals for our athletes.This product is great for tracking launch quickness, bat speed, hand speed, time in the zone, barrel path, and some other awesome metrics. It’s also easy to use with several players and can be switched from 1 player to another quickly for team use. The 3d visual of the barrel/bat path is an excellent resource as well.However, I had to return the first sensor I bought because it became stuck in the casing that attaches to the knob of the bat. Amazon refunded me no questions. This second one does not turn on all the time. We have constant issues with getting the sensor to turn on and every now and then the sensor misreads a swing, which is no big deal, but the 3 star rating is because we have issues getting the sensor to turn on.I do need to call diamond kinetics. I’m sure they wjll rectify the problem.Bottom line, great product I highly recommend for kids of all ages (10+).
