Custom size fit my mudroom bench perfectly. The cushion cover arrived damaged from transit but the seller offered to ship a replacement cover which was the exact same fit as the damaged cover. The attached picture is of the replaced cover.

We ordered this cushion for our window bench seat. Unfortunately, someone stole it off our porch and we never received the initial cushion. We reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to send us a new cushion at no extra charge. We were so grateful!Getting the internal tracking number was a bit of a challenge to actually track the item, but we stayed in communication the second time and it all worked out. Now, we have a very sturdy and comfortable window bench cushion that we all love. Thanks!

Needed a custom window cushion for our bay window where our dog loves to sit. Seller was very responsive and patient when I changed colours. It arrived in good time and fits absolutely perfect!

The product itself is good. Took a long time to arrive but understandable given custom nature of product.The patterns shown are a bit deceiving. I got the brown patterned one thinking it would be nice but it looks like something out of an ugly 1970s RV. Picture in the colour option wasn’t big enough to get accurate idea I guess. Disappointed. I realize everyone’s tastes are different but this was just baaad.Am ordering another since product is good. I’d just stay away from the patters unless 70s retro is your thing.

Very pleased with this cushion. The fit is perfect. I choose no ties and the cushion clings extremely well and never slips. We use it in our bathroom so we chose the outdoor one. It is firm, dries quickly and looks beautiful. Considering ordering another in a coordinating color to change out the look from time to time. I think the value is excellent.
