*EDIT*I originally received an item that didn’t work and was missing parts. However, I’d have to say the customer service is amazing. The seller reached out to me right away and offered a replacement in a timely manner. I received my replacement very quickly and I am really happy about the resolution as well as the product now that it works. Solid for the price! Recommend for those that are having lower back issues.

While the cushion itself was comfortable, the functions of the back rest stopped working after only two days.

I always need something behind me when I'm on my couch and have a closet full of lumbar support accessories. I've never found the one that really its the bill for me so I tried this one. I think we have a winner! It's the right size, right shape, right amount of firmness versus cushion, and the lumbar section hits the perfect spot on my back. The cord to plug it in is VERY long making it convenient regardless of where you're using it, and the heat options and different types of vibration pattern let you adjust depending on your need and your mood. May have to buy another as a gift - hubby has had his eye on it.

easy to put together and use the heat is so nice on my back its definitely nice to have both that and the vibration on after a long day! its good quality it was used for hoursa on end on thanksgving day by guests and everyone loved it so much! would reccomend
