Low latency audio is great! On supporting devices, LE audio works without the dongle.When using with the laptop paired with the phone, it works seamlessly. Can hear audio from the laptop, but when a phone call comes to the phone, it can be answered without a fuss.I'm not a fan of the Bluetooth device name though. That could be better.Build quality is great even though it's plastic.ANC is only good for cutting out distant chatter and humming noises like central AC noise.

If you intend to use these Hybrid Zen Pro for your work at the office or at home, and only for that, these are good. Good mic, especially the boom thing mic that plugs in, and noise cancellation is awsome. Plus this headset is really confortable.But:If you intend to use these for music listening as well, Stay Away !The sound is flat and less then average (the equivalent of a 40$ headset), and the equalizer, included and only accessible with the app, will only add distortion the landscape.Stereo separation is horrible, it sound like a ghetto blaster (whithout the bass).They are complicated to pair, mainly because of that LE Audio technology, and the app that comes from Google play store is very capricious and slow.Plus : if you have a Galaxy S23 Ultra or a very recent Pixel Phone, forget it (complete incompatibility).They pair like a charm in a Windows environement though...In short, i'm shure it's possible to have a headset that does work on one side and music on the other side, without compatibility and pairing issues. Especially at this level, way over entry level.UPDATE :There have been a firmware update last week (third of marsh 2024) on the headset, pushed by Creative. And all compatibility and pairing issues appears to have been corrected.Marvelous !

Tienen problemas de conectividad cuando conectas 1 aparato por bluetooth y otro con el dongle.Además son algo frágiles. Me duraron un año y se rompieron cuando me los quité

Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen und bin auch kein Audio- oder Technik-Freak, aber dieses Produkt finde ich außergewöhnlich gut!Auf der Suche nach einem hybriden Headset für's regelmäßige Homeoffice mit dem Musik genießen und auch (Video-)telefonieren Freude macht, habe ich mir etliche Headsets zum Testen bestellt (B&W x7se, Sony wh720n, Momentum 4, JBL 660nc, Soundcore Space One, Bose QC, Epos C50) und zahlreiche Testberichte studiert.In der Summe kommt für mich nichts an dieses Modell heran!Der Sound ist auf Augenhöhe mit Bose QC, Sennheiser Momentum 4 und Epos C50; fällt sehr klar und ausgewogen aus, übersteuert weder im Bass noch in den Höhen für entspannten Musikgenuss. Von Klassik über Heavy Metal, Pop, Rock, Singer-Songwriter bis zu HipHop macht mir alles Spaß ohne den App-Equalizer nutzen zu müssen.ANC und Tragekomfort halten mit Sony, Bose QC und Sennheiser mit.JBL und Soundcore sind insgesamt völlig chancenlos dagegen.In puncto Akku, Bedienung und Sprachqualität (dank des ansteckbaren Mikros) läuft das Creative Zen für mich außer Konkurrenz.Außerdem überzeugen die wertige Materialauswahl, Design und Verarbeitung sowieso sehr geringe Packmaß.Und das alles für ca. 120 EUR!!Selbst wenn man sich noch ein Case für 10 EUR dazu holt liegt man gerade mal bei der Hälfte der üblichen Spitzenmodelle. Klare Empfehlung :-)))

Don't get me wrong; they are probably one of the best-value headphones for the money. I needed a wireless pair for my PC and a pair for listening to music when I'm out or studying at the library, and these basically tick all of the boxes.There is no getting around the fact that the ANC is basically non-existent. It very, and I mean VERY lightly blocks out background drones like fans and traffic noise, but that's about it. So, if noise cancelling is your main reason for buying these, I would definitely look elsewhere.
