We are so impressed with this little door. Our cat absolutely loves it and slips through like a sneaky shadow. The door is made of a really durable plastic - it reminds me of this Barbie dollhouse I had in the 90s. The door even has a doorknob that moves a simple latch allowing you to lock the door if need be - so far we’ve just kept the door open for our little dude but the smoothness and I don’t know coolness(?) of the working handle on the already super cool door is pretty rad! I’d hiiiiighly recommend getting this guy if you’re in the market for a cat door, oh but don’t do what we did! We tried cutting the outline out on a big people door with a saw that was just way too big and didn’t round the corners very well, we stayed within the lines (ish) at least enough that the plastic bumper surrounding the door saved us, but it was a bit of a chip job that we had to “fix” with white paint pens. Live and learn! It’s a great door.

It was super easy to install. Both my cats can fit through it no problem.( Both are 10 pounds and one will get bigger we think and lots of room for them ) We wanted to put these in around the house to let our cats have places they could go and keep a dog out and this is not only functional but also the absolute cutest thing ever. I want to put them everywhere hahahaWe also loved the hand written letter we got with out door! 10/10 will buy again

Looks great, and was easy to install. Love the locking feature on the door. Cats like it and will lay in the opening to survey their domain! Would be nice if it was built of a heavier material.

I was surprised when I received this item as when ordering online you don't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the door was and that it was such good quality and a great design. Very easy to install and all our cats just love it. No more having to get up out of bed to open and close door to let cats in and out. They can come and go as they please now. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a great cat door.

This product is so flipping cute!!! The box first of all, is so adorable. The door honestly looks better in person than the picture. Will fit a cat up to 20lbs. It’s a pretty big opening. I just love it! It reminds me of Alice In Wonderland.

I was going to get the cat ears one and then read the horrible reviews so paid a bit more and got this one. So glad I did! Clear instructions, easy to assemble. I am not handy but took the door off and installed it myself (with help from a friend with a saw). The screws on the top were too short for my door style but it seems sturdy enough with the side screws. Hopefully my cat loves it as much as I do!

Just received. They look great, can't wait to install so we don't have to leave the utility room door and the door at the top of our basement stairs open any longer. What REALLY bums me out though is that they are now on sale for 36% off five days after I ordered them. :(

Ordered two from Amazon Australia knowing this was a USA product but thrilled when it arrived in less than two weeks. Couldn’t be more pleased with the cat doors. Brilliantly designed and constructed, right down to the door open holder having a self adhesive backing to help you position it before screwing to the door. We have 5 cats of varying sizes and only our enormous Tom has so far refused to use it. Suitable for all sizes up to “I’m really a large raccoon” cat.Installation is very easy and, beyond needing a jigsaw and a screwdriver, the hardest part is taking your doors off their hinges to make it easier to work on them. Our doors are typical “budget” hollow panel doors with a wooden frame and cardboard packing and the design of the cat doors works well even with non-solid doors as the bottom screws on each side go into the wooden frame. Where (and if) the top screw is simply going through a thin moulded panel just tighten slowly and gently. There’s no need to torque it up with any of the fixings.The recessed screw holes; the soft rubber hole plugs; the open door holder …. everything is just so well thought of. It might only be a plastic cat door but it’s such a pleasure to buy and receive something that is so well designed and works without customisation. Well done to Lisa and her team.I hesitate to add feedback in case it’s taken as criticism (because it isn’t) but the cut-out template - another great idea and much better than trying to draw around the inside of the door - creates a hole that’s very generous so be careful not to cut outside your marker line or you’ll have no door left to screw into. You can cut slightly inside the marker line and still have ample room. The second “warning” is that the new door frame fits with a flange that sits butted against the bottom of the door so it is not entirely flush with you door’s bottom edge. So, you’ll need to be sure that your door has a 2-3mm gap between it and your flooring but most do anyway unless you’ve later added carpet or tiles that fill that gap.I can’t be more pleased with our doors. If you like the look of them and are considering buying, don’t hesitate!
