I got this for our most recent coop we built and ive been using it about a week and very happy with it, the construction is all metal with this matte black/slightly rough bed-liner feeling finish on the outside which i love as it adds to the overall look. It was very simple to install, I personally would adjust the settings and timing of the door BEFORE installation just to make setting it easier. The settings arr easy to understand, VERY user friendly to setup, it opens and closes when I want and takes 30 seconds to change the time on it when you do want to.The solar panel keeps it charged no problem, this past week was snow, overcast and it still kept it charged.The screen is easy to read, even at 2pm, its not BRIGHT BRIGHT but is good enough to see mid day.The anti-pinch function works great, tested with my arm and it shoots right back up and retries a short time later.It came with screws and such for install, but I personally used our own as i wasnt a huge fan of the quality of the ones that came on it.My 1 con however is the friggen remote, the thing works 20% of the time, the buttons light up, i put a fresh battery in it and it still doesn't work right, and if it does work you have to be literally within 10ft of it so theres no point really in using it. Lemon remote maybe? Otherwise id give this a 5/5.
