Know it’s not the best pic of product, but worked like a charm for our vinyl backdrop! Built out of sturdy material, haven’t tried water bags as of yet.Holds 30 records very well, just have 2 out of 4 horizontal posts installed.

Grabbed this 10 ft x 7 ft stand for a couple of reasons. It's intended purpose is as a backdrop for banners or as a backdrop for multiple event types. It's not too heavy but the poles seem very sturdy and strong. It goes together easily and comes with flat bases that reduce the trip factor which is nice. The poles are telescopic so can be adjusted to the size you need. It also has a bag for each end that can be filled with water to weigh down the unit and keep it in place when the wind picks up. The reasons I grabbed this are 1 to use as a projector screen holder. This unit sets up easy and provides a good size space to attach a screen to allowing you to use outside with your projector. The second reason I got it was to use as a wind block. At my cottage we always get a wind funneled down the driveway that hits us as we sit by the fire. This get's a bit annoying in the spring and fall when temps are not great. By simply putting up this backdrop behind us we are able to block out those winds across a 10 foot wide area. This works very well. It not only blocks the wind but also kicks that long wave radiation from the fire back at you creating a toasty warm environment. It comes in a convenient storage bag making it easy to pack away and keep all in one space. Overall, this is a well built back drop that does a great job and should last for many years to come.

We have a few of these backdrop supports. Most of them are quite flimsy, easily bent and have useless carry bags. This one however is quite sturdy, holds backdrops and screens well without bending, and has a useable carry bag. Unless you need or want a truss, this should get the job done and it’s quite portable. Cheers.

My favorite backdrop stand! I bought it on accident (I needed and 8' and this one is 7') but I liked it so much I kept it! The stand is so easy to put together and I love the water fillable weights. The carrying case is great, it has pockets for the stand base plates to go in and stay organized. It came with clamps too and you can never have too many of those.

Easy to assemble and set up. Only issue I’ve had is the zipper on the bag to keep the stand pieces in wasn’t good. Can’t zip the bag closed. Otherwise it is a great product.

So this is easy to set up back drop stand, the typical snap the pipes together and put it up, however I highly recommend the you have a weights at the base as it does not come with it. For set up it easily hangs up heavy curtains with lights and flowers without much of an issue. I am happy with it.

Product came with a very ripped bag, seems very weak fabric, with that said not a deal breaker. Product worked fine after that and easy to set up. It will get many uses.

This product helped me in a pinch and worked exactly as I needed it to.I was playing for a benefit when 15 minutes before I was supposed to start, I was informed they were shutting off the overhead lights and assumed I had my own lighting setup.I hadn’t even opened the box this product arrived in yet and needed it to be quick to put together in order to start on time.That’s precisely what it was. The connections were easy and the adjustable heights worked in a flash. Even without the weights, the base was wide enough to support the backdrops and accidental knocks as I frantically set up lights.My only reservation will be long-term durability. The piping is a thin hollow metal tube and if the edges dent it will cause connection point problems. I will also want to experiment with the water weights to determine if they will hold up under gusty conditions outdoors.But overall I was happy with the expectations I had set for this stand given its price point and was a very quick setup.
