Bought this unit to replace a firestick 4K max, and was indeed a major improvement. The box is fast, the quality of video and audio was stunning. I can enjoy Dolby Atmos flawlessly for hours without a single hiccup, as opposed to the issues I had with the Firestick.Had some problems finding apps on google store but I was able to install via downloading apks. Ethernet connectivity and 2 usb make this unit very convenient to operate and gives tons of flexibility. Time will say about long term reliability but for the moment all I can say that I highly recommend this product

It does what it's suppose to do, for the most part. I've had other remotes that were worse and some better. Not sure if they all do this, but mine will all of a sudden start using the back light and cursor function after I have turned them off. I like it but, I will continue to look for the same one I had before.

Overall good replacement for my horrible Shield TV Pro remote. But the 'mouse'/arrow feature pops up every now and then randomly (without pressing the mouse button) and is so annoying because you cannot permanently turn that feature off, so you have to push buttons to stop it from displaying the pointer arrow on the screen which is hard to navigate with and also disables other button functionality.

It works fairly well, but does not turn the device on, that has to be done manually. Can't be more than 10 foot from device or does not work as well as it does being closer to device. But you get what you pay for.

This Android box remote controller has all the features that I want in a remote, but it's unusable (at least for my MiBox):FEATURES:- Most importantly, the Exit/Back button is located where it should be: to the left under the directional navigation keys. This is a rare gem.- The keys are backlit, and they light up/off automatically: Nice!!!- The Air Mouse is fantastic. It works perfectly well and it is easy to use (speed, sensitivity, angle, etc.)- There are volume Up/Down/Mute buttons: Excellent- There's a Play/Pause button: Excellent- There are Prev/Next keys: Wow!- There's a Google Assistant button and microphone: Nice!- There's a backspace key: Wow!But despite all of its goodies, this controller is unusable because I must press/click each key several times before the Android TV MiBox responds. The problem is not from the physical keys at all. I can tell that the first keypress is detected by the controller. But it's not detected by the MiBox which is located 4 meters (13 feet) away and within a direct line of sight. For example, when I press the Play/Pause key once during video playback, the video rarely pauses. On second keypress, there's a slight chance that it will respond, in which case it'll either pause (i.e. respond to the second click) or pause then resume (i.e. respond to the first _and_ the second clicks). If the second click doesn't result in any response, the third or fourth one may (or may not). Likewise, if I press the Volume Down key, the MiBox rarely responds. On second click, it may (or may not respond) but if it does, the volume will do down by either one notch or two. There's a slightly higher chance that it will respond to the third or fourth click, and if not, then it will definitely respond by the sixth click, in which case the volume goes down by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 notches. Same for the Power button and all other keys on the remote. So as I said, fantastic features on the face but useless remote controller. I am returning it to Amazon of course.Note that the MiBox's original controller doesn't suffer from this problem at all; and the two other remote controllers that I bought in the past, which work through a USB dongle just like this one does, also don't suffer from this multiple-click problem. These other controllers just don't have all the nice features that this one does. So it is very frustrating to see that the only perfectly-featured remote controller on the market just doesn't work with my MiBox.
