The bracket itself was easy to install ,but I didn’t like the cheap plastic safety catch . The adjustable bolt was to short I had to change it for a longer one . Hopefully the paint doesn’t come off or start rusting to soon

Installed on my 2012 JKU. Less expensive than the well known brand names...great quality, solid, and easy to install. Looks good, and there is no more hood flutter! So happy I finally got rid of the factory rubber hood latches.

I’ve only had them on for a little while but so far no hood fluttering. They were easy to install, just took me about 30 minutes to switch them. I was surprised at how heavy they were but got used to them after a while. We will see how long the plastic lock holds up this winter though.

Not happy. The plastic safety clip seems to have snapped on one of the latches after having it on for about 2 weeks, plus the clip pin (or bar) seems to have fallen out tonight somewhere while I was driving. Luckily it did not happen while I was driving on the highway over the long weekend.Looks like I will be putting on the original clips back on tomorrow and/or ordering something else.
