Odd though it is this item is as described, delivered promptly and functions exactly as described. The price is good at about 25% cheaper than the OEM price and the manufacturer seems to have done a good job. There is no sign of botched repairs in order for the lamp to work for a few hours before failing. I was relieved.

I purchased this lamp to replace the original one on a "Mitsubishi 1000" DLP projector. That original lasted me for over 8 years of usage and 2800 hours.The lamp came in a white box with the proper packaging to protect the lamp during shipping. It was a nice surprise to see that the screws were included and with the proper tool (small screwdriver). The lamp itself seemed Identical to the original factory lamp at an incredible price. However it appeared that it's not as bright as the original.••• Don't forget to reset the hour counter to 0H by holding these three buttons " " and "Enter" on the projector at the same time for 3 seconds to reset when first turn on with the new lamp.I hope this was helpful to you guys.
