note comparable to name brand. resistance is weak, and prone to sustained deformation. also smaller (in diameter) than expected. Would recommend shelling out for a different one.

3 levels of strengthening in color coded bars. Use to work your wrists, elbows and shoulders. Good for elbow stabilization and grip strength. Love em.

the Flexbar from Therabar is better. Hard to beat it. But I have several brands of these bars and this bar set is second (so far) only to the Therabar. the equivalent set costs about $53 at the time that I write this. Nearly twice as much as this set. These are good bars that do the job. the initial flex and final rebound just aren't the same though. This comes from the material used.if you are going through physical therapy, and need a set of bars like this, you won't be disappointed. These are well formed with minimal seams from the casting.Unless you are willing to spend twice as much, these are a good choice.
