The concrete vibration tool by Woudy / Woudyness is made in PRC (china). The 1500 watt motor is rated to generate 14400 vibrations per minute. I think that is close, as the motor does spin fast. This is a light duty tool, as the vibration end does get bound, and stops vibrating. This usually happens when it is hot after a few minutes of operation. A professional concrete tool costs a bit more, so consider the price point with the durability of this tool. This tool did a good job on the fence posts I installed.4 stars
