I bought 2 so I'd be able to work at a height where I'd normally need a ladder. Ladders are OK, but have their limitations. These scaffoldings arrived in a very reasonable time frame with free shipping. (a fare amount of weight to go from China to Canada for free) Upon arrival in my driveway, I figured I'd better make sure everything was in the packages and not damaged. Both boxes totally complete and not a scratch on the orange enamel. I was impressed. It then took me all of 40 or 50 minutes to read the instructions and assemble all of it to the height of 12 1/2 feet at the side of our house. In short, having these scaffolds to use instead of ladders, turned a 3 hour job into 30 minutes and I didn't even break into a sweat! Excellent product.

This scaffold was better than expected. Compared to others I was looking it, this one had a wider platform (more wiggle room) and very sturdy. I'm using it to replaster a lot of previous mistakes on the ceiling then repaint. It's making it a lot easier. Will probably but a second one for the higher areas of the house.

I like the scaffolding but I paid $557.43 but I see now it is $339.99 .I think I should have got this item at the lower price, I think I am a good customer with you.

This is a sturdy well made scaffolding system. I was able to put a chair and a small table with all my paints etc on it without any movement. The only thing I would ask for is a board at the back of the platform to keep people from backing up and falling off!

The package was the first clue to the quality of this product. (see photo) I was unsure of the compatibility of this set to my Metaltech scaffold, but the fit was perfect. The stability was a welcomed necessity to a second level addition to my baker scaffold. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I have not been disappointed by a Wen product yet. Don't think twice about adding this to a scaffold set. You will get a heavy duty product that will safely assist you in your work.

I have used this for nearly a year now for numerous purposes and in a variety of environments. It is sturdy, durable, rolls easily, and is well balanced. You can climb up the side and not fear a tip over. I have adjusted it nearly to the top and it is still fairly sturdy. For the price, this is a good as is out there, and well worth the investment. I have found new and interesting ways to use this, and you will surprise yourself with the versatility it provides.

For what I needed it to do, this item has worked-out fine. Very easy to put together, and -- for the price paid -- I'm honestly surprised at the quality level. It's actually quite nice. The casters alone, were I to buy them from a big-box hardware store, might be as much as half or more the cost of the entire unit.As some other reviewers have pointed-out, the unit can be a bit shaky if you are extending the platform all the way up to its highest possible level. To my mind, though, just one look at how it's designed, and that's to be expected. This is not to say that the design is bad, just that you can't be expecting rock-solid stability from a scaffold like this that's designed primarily for ease of set-up and ability to store easily. I was able to solve the issue quite handily with a couple 2X4 studs: I clamped one across the front, attaching at each of the legs, and then I clamped another to one of the legs and projecting downward to a stake I'd anchored in the ground. In other words, 10 bucks in additional materials and another 10 minutes of set-up time. Piece of cake and it never budged an inch.As to the shipping damage & delays that a couple other reviewers mentioned, all I can say is that mine arrived ahead of schedule and perfectly fine.One thing I would highly recommend if you are planning to put the platform all the way to the highest level and if you have even a touch of acrophobia (as do I): get the guardrail. It makes a world of difference.
