Works great, easy to use, humidity can change from cool to hot. Can set % of humidity. Noise level I pretty quiet, I sleep with it in my room 4 feet away from me. Has wheels so easy to move around if you need. Easy to clean and dry if needed. Is pricy but it works

I ordered the Akacosie humidifier (BODCVYF5KX) for my partner (4225 Saint-Dominique st, app. 608, Montreal H2W 2T5) on November 18 2024 and we received it on November 21 2024. It was easy to put together, and seemed to work fine at first. However, it quickly became obvious that the humidifier was not performing anywhere close to the level that was advertised. It promised to « humidify efficiently a space up to 3000 sq ft with 48 hours continuous operation with a single refill ». My partner has a loft measuring 2000 sq ft. The humidifier operated continuously on high for a couple of days and failed to achieve 35RH % even if it was set at 50RH %. It also had to be refilled every 24 hours. We respected all the location recommendations and operating instructions. Upon further examination, we also realized that the size of the humidifier did not match what was advertised: 62 x 24 x 24cm rather than 66.5 x 31.5 x 29.5 cm. At the very least, quite a difference in terms of capacity. Very disappointing!

First of all let’s make one thing clear, this thing delivers. It is indeed a “whole-house” humidifier. I’m using the tube extension and it is able to keep a 40+ percent of humidity on my entire living room area, kitchen and ground level floor. Been using it constantly for a week and for now I’m very satisfied.Now let’s move to the reason why 4 stars. There are some design choices which I’m not a fan of and I’d like the seller to note them. The sensor that measures humidity is external and actually dangling on a cable that cannot be disconnected. Combine that with a water pump and power cable which also cannot be disconnected and you get yourself an octopus you need to carry around when you want to clean this thing, plus you need to make sure you do not soak the sensor while you actually do it. If these cables were detachable that would make a huge difference. Also a built in humidity sensor would make the device more eye pleasing.Overall it’s a good bang for the buck and I hope next generations of these devices will have the above issues solved.

Very impressed with this humidifier. Easy set up and works exactly as expected. Really love the x-large water tank and being able to fill from the top. Aromatherapy is an added bonus and actually works! Set my desired humidity level, water in tank, oil in back slot and away she went! I can turn the lights off or leave them on and the remote is so compact and buttons are very well defined. ZERO complaints. I definitely love and recommend this item. ❤️

It's a beast! haha We have a huge main floor and instead of having several humidifiers going I just need this one to cover the whole floor. It can increase the humidity level of a room really quickly. I also love how it's on hidden wheels too so that you can move it anywhere easily. The warm mist is a cool feature to have.

This product worked great until it decided to stop one day i have done everything the instruction manual says I looked online for help options I take care of the machine obsessively so there should be no reason it would stop working.

Update 2/6/25... unit still works great but as I was worried about has happened, since the plastic is so thin & flimsy as I was filling it up and carrying it back to it's place in the living room it cracked in 2 spots! I had a humidifier before but it was a evaporative kind and so when it crapped out I bought this one.I like the large water storage and it seems to last quite a while unless you have the humidity set to high and on warm mist. The body of it could be made of a little thicker plastic, feels a little flimsy when I pick it up to go refill it and bring it back where it goes filled with water. I really like it for my 1001sqft house, the sensor works well the humidifier and my thermostat show the same humidity level in the house all the time.

Died after 1 week of regular/normal use. Worked fine without issues and overall a good humidifier with easy interchangeable hot/cold modes. But after a few uses and refills it stopped working. The unit won't turn on even when plugged in, suspect it was a short or electrical issue. Additionally, it has a large lower reservoir with two ways to fill it via a small hole which takes forever or removing the top half entirely after draining all the water in the upper reservoir. Base reservoir when full is heavy and the plastic containing it feels very flimsy when that much water is inside. I've had various types of humidifiers in the past, this one may not be worth the price tag.

Gone are the days when humidifiers had filters that quickly became ineffective, and constantly needed replaced. This humidifier is the best! Not only were the instructions clear, but it only took about 15 minutes to have it set up and working. I bought this specific model because it has an attachable tube that shoots the mist higher into the air, which I believe will work better for my open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings. And the ability to turn on the green light in the tank to see where the water level is...is a bonus too. I just received it today, so figure it will take awhile to bring the humidity to the comfort level, but don't anticipate any issues. I definitely recommend this humidifier.
