This phone stand has the appearance of solid, compressed bamboo. Yet it contains six magnets in select locations to help the three pieces snap together. I can pick up the assembled stand and hold it in any orientation without the parts separating. So the magnets work well.While the stand offers no resistance to assembly, the three pieces do not fit together in any way if you lay them flat. They just haphazardly go into a bag if you want to carry the stand as separate parts.The stand works very nicely with phones. With an 11-inch tablet in portrait mode, the bottom part of the stand is not big enough to avoid toppling if the tablet or table is bumped. Landscape mode for a tablet lowers the centre of gravity just enough to prevent sudden tipping.

The Plehood Walnut Wood Phone Stand has a nice smooth finish. The base has large rubber feet to keep it from moving around. The pieces are held together with built in magnets and they stay together strongly. There is a hole and a track for a charging wire to keep your phone plugged in on the stand.

This phone stand comes with a few pieces which slot together using a magnetic system. Phones or other small devices can then rest on top of the small ledge. An immediate issue with this system is that there is nothing securing the phone other than the ledge: no magnet, nor any grooves or other ways to secure the phone on the stand.About one third of the length of my phone sticks out from this stand. The entire contraption is thus very wobbly, making it difficult to type on as it rocks back and forth freely, and precariously.I appreciate the cable channel underneath the stand, which makes it easy to route charging cables.The phone I think that ultimately, considering how ubiquitous magnetic phones and cases are, the lack of a magnet on the holder is a missed opportunity. This is puzzling especially since a decent magnet is used for slotting in the ledge which the phone rests on.Otherwise, the wood has an attractive finish (despite being lightweight and not helping at all with overall stability) and the stand is priced reasonably for what it is.

木製のスタンドです。くるみの木のスタンドで、オイルフィニッシュがされています。3パーツに別れていますが、その接合部は木目のマグネットシートが貼られており、カチッと小気味よくハマります。形状的に充電中などに置いておく「スマートフォンの定位置」的な使い方になると思いますが、全体的な仕上げや質感はとてもよく、ベッドサイドに置くのに丁度良いと思います。価格もそれなりにお手頃で良い商品だと思います。木製品が好きな方にオススメです。

This is solid, well made, looks great.I use a flip cover for maximum protection and this stand will accommodate that.There is a slot and a piece used as a ledge which gives access to a charging cable (with a channel underneath the bottom for the cable), OR you can pull that out when you don't need to charge and just want the whole thing at a lower level. So it is versatile in that way.It also has silicone anti-slip tabs on the bottom.Great value for money and works well.

Ein sehr schöner Smartphoneständer für den Schreibtisch, der Walnusslook sieht gleichzeitig schlicht und auch edel aus. Dank des ausgeklügelten Konzeptes mit den eingearbeiteten Magneten erfolgt die Montage der 3 Einzelteile schnell und werkzeugfrei. Erstaunlich wie gut und sicher diese Verbindung hält, auch die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut gelungen sowohl die Oberflächen als auch die Kanten sind tadellos glatt bzw. abgerundet ausgeführt. Ein schöner Blickfang auf dem Schreibtisch, den man bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen kann.Der Artikel wurde mir im Rahmen des Amazon Vine Programms kostenlos für einen Produkttest zur Verfügung gestellt.
