Installed in about 2 hours. I cut the old exhaust system about 6" after the catalytic converter. This pipe inlet was a bit dented at the engine side but vice grips made quick work and rounding it out. It fit well over the OEM pipe. I also installed Walker 54658 muffler with appropriate clamp and gasket. The exhaust C-clamp needed was 1 ³/⁴ inch. Overall I'm happy with saving $500 over the exhaust shop quote of $700.

Simple install (I ended up paying a mechanic $80 to install this and the muffler. Simple one hour, not modifications. It is quiet now, and the vehicle has a lot more pickup with full back pressure! Great value if you have compared to the egregiously priced Toyota part!

Installed easily enough. Everything slide together and clamped up. But I had some rattling. I thought it was my workmanship and chased it around with some extra clamps and after confirming it wasn't the joint or the heat shield I got under it and put me ear up close and found the noise coming from the the resonator area toward the exhaust end. I assume some baffler or other is loose. It's been months so I'm not going to try to go through a return. I put the blame on myself for doubting my skills and I'll try again. I don't really see an alternative out there that's this inexpensive.Update: I bought a second one, same thing. Garbage product.
