Be aware before you buy! If any part of the equipment breaks, the entire unit may be garbage! Don't expect help from tech support, either!This is the first 1-star review that I think I have ever given. I just need to warn other people before they make the same mistake I did.It worked okay for the first year, but right after the warranty was up, the camera head itself stopped working. The light would come on on the camera, but the video feed was blank. I reached out to tech support, and after literally HOURS with a multimeter and my phone camera diagnosing the issue and sending it to their technicians, one video at a time, they ultimately told me that the camera was broken, (which I already knew).They then told me that they did not have any more cameras in stock, (yeah, the ones that they presumably continue to ship installed on their new units) and sent me a link to a$400 Amazon camera which was not available in my area. I informed them of that, so they sent me another Amazon link that was out of stock/discontinued. I informed them that I none of these camera replacements would work, so they offered me $95 back and closed the help ticket. I guess it's the end of the road as far as they're concerned.I have scoured Amazon for a replacement camera. There is almost nothing available, and if I DO find one, who knows if it will even fit this cable adapter. They advised I "get it repaired by a professional." At that point, I may as well buy a whole other camera. BUYER BEWARE!
