Excellent very happy with the purchase sat outside all summer as an extension cord for the pool was nice you could retract. The cord would not use would recommend.

I’ve mounted this in my garage, between the 2 garage door openers. The power is good, the 3 plugs at the end are handy. The ends are lit up and can easily be found in the dark, if that’s a need.If you don’t need the entire length of cord pulled out, it’s a little tricky. Often I just need about 12’ to get to my bench. But it’s pretty finicky to do this. It doesn’t want to lock in the out position. I have to pull it out several times before it’ll stay out.

The VEVOR Retractable Extension Cord Reel is a very useful and functional product. I purchased the 65 foot, 12-gauge cord. I use this item a lot. I mounted it in my garage and the 65 ft gets me through my garage and out to the driveway. It is very helpful for plugging in all the items that I use to work on my cars. The three, 3 prong plugs at the end of the cord allow for multiple items to be plugged in at once. The reel is sturdy and a bit heavy. It is very well made. There are multiple mounting options in the directions, but I highly recommend mounting on to a wall stud if possible. I like that the entire reel swivels and can be pushed flat against the wall when not in use. The reeling mechanism works fairly well. Sometimes after pulling the cord out, you need to fiddle just a bit to get the cord mechanism to grab and hold the cord in place while extended. Not a big issue and doesn't lower my 5-star rating. Cord retraction is smooth and powerful. You have to give a few light tugs on the cord to get it to retract and you also need to hold the cord to guide it back to the reel, again because the rewind is fast and powerful. There is a stopping ball attached to the cord to hold the cord in place when it is fully retracted back into the reel. Nice feature. 5 stars all the way. A great addition to any garage or basement.

I have 9' ceiling in my garage so putting this up right in the middle I can easy reach up if I need a power cord. It's out of my way so I can walk under it and you can adjust the length the cord hangs down. Operates flawlessly so far. No more pulling out power cords!

This has been a huge help in my garage. I have a ceiling outlet with it attached to the ceiling and it reaches out to the driveway if i have to use it to for anything and all the way out back. The 12awg cord is comforting knowing it can handle most anything I'm going to plug into it. The only reason it isn't getting 5 stars is because when it is winding back up, if you don't move it back and forth on the reel it tends to build up in one spot and doesn't retract all the way leaving about 2' hanging out. Regardless of that small issue, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easily accessible and well-made extension cord.
