There was an industrial smell from product. Had to wash twice and air out in a seperate room. Otherwise it came out really nice. The size was right, easy to put together and light. Love the locking wheels option.

The box the catio comes in is HEAVYI hired a man to assemble it . It looks great, but my cat had ZERO interest in going in in spite of extra treats, toys etcI asked for a refund which they will give me once they receive the product back. This is the shocking disappointing part: I must pay for the shipping back which will be over $100 plus the price to hire someone to disassemble itI think I’ll put plants in it this summer. The squirrels and bunnies can’t get itMy dad used to say, you made the sale, but you lost the customerA heads up: just know if your cat doesn’t love this, you will be paying for the shipping back

I searched for the perfectly catio for months, considered having one built. I then came across this one. I thought price seemed good.I am super impressed here is why1. The price. I couldn't have bought everything I needed for this price!! I compared alot and bet value by far2. Size. It was the only one that was tall enough for by cat to enjoy the view 64.5 inches tall. Perfect. It is also big enough fir multiple cats3. It has a roof!! Many I looked at did not. Keeps some nice shade and rain protection if he still wants to go out4. The instructions were clear with pictures. One person can put together by themselves. It took about 1.5 hours total from start to finish5. My cat loves it!! He is so happy to have a great space to climb and play in the sun!A great quality catio. I highly recommend.Hope this was helpful!
