Heavy Duty Ratchet
Ratchet incorporates comfort for fingers through rubberized handle and has a lockable spring-loaded release mechanism which protects the ratchet against accidental opening.
Full bent closed S-hook
Full bent closed S-hook prevents slipping from the anchor point. Vinyl-coated hooks are highly durable and won't rust or mar painted surfaces.
Reinforced stitch pattern
Webbing diamond stitch pattern is reinforced by extra zigzag stitching. This increases joint strength and gives you an extra safety margin to account for any additional forces and strains on the strap.

I’ve only used them once since I got them but they are good straps. They have a good feel to them. The ratchet is a little stiff but otherwise I feel I got my moneys worth.

Used these tie downs for my ATV in the back of my truck, the soft loops worked well around the bumpers and don’t scratch the paint. The 6’ straps were a bit long but they don’t make a 4’ straps, so I’m my case I just need to tie up the loose strat at the end. I have had quite a few tie downs and most of them suffer a similar issue. When you go to realty the strap they often get stuck and you have to play around with it for awhile to get it to release. In my case it took me about 5 min to get one of there ratchets to release. I am not sure why this happens but the crank mechanisms seems a sloppy. Anyway, this set is no different in this regard compared to others and as a result gets a 4 star rating from me instead of 5. Overall a good set , and the case to keep them in is handy, I would buy again

Used to haul my motorcycle 900 miles to Florida for the winder. I like the locking hooks, soft loops to prevent scratching and soft rubber padding on the hooks. Heavy duty and probably a little overkill for strapping down my cycle.

Used for a motorcycle on a trailer for 3,000 mile trip with few issues. Although I love the rubber hooks, the secure clip broke off every one of these after about the 5th use. No issues for me as I've never had a need for those, and they straps did not malfunction without them. Buy them for their strength, and you will not be disappointed. The locking/unlocking mechanism could be easier to use, but that's been the same issue with every one of these straps that I've ever had, so can't fault Vehiclex for that. Nice to have the storage bag to keep these in/together when not in use.
