This product came with all the tools needed including the screwdriver. Would be a great buy for someone with limited tools such as a student. Beautiful colour. Extra pieces also; at least one extra for every type of bolt or screw. The filing cabinet can be changed so easily from legal to letter size with the switch of a quick tighten of a pole later. Would recommend. Saw some people use as a side table would work for a taller bed but a bit high for a modern low bed, but I did not use it for that. Perfect size for a standard printer to place on.

The veneer is great as it is a blend of warm and cool tones. Very smooth assembly - they even provided the screw-driver! And it went together squarely even though I assembled it in tight quarters on my bed.For the price (under $150 Cdn) it’s a good quality and a bargain. The hardware is very sturdy; not a flimsy at all. The hangers screw into the fron of the drawer so it’ll not snag on opening. The drawer rollers are super smooth and quiet!If I had the room I’d buy a second unit.Exceeded my expectations in appearance and quality.

Did not like the product whatsoever. Not easy to assemble and nothing lined up. The bottom drawer would not close properly, my husband is a skilled craftsmen and he was not impressed. I ordered it and based on the reviews thought it would be perfect for our living room to keep our files in. Hard to send back once you have it assembled! No stars for this one.

I bought one of these cabinets & I liked it so much, I bought a second one. These seem well built & solid. They are easy to assemble & the directions are equally easy to follow. They even give you the tools to put it together. You do not have to worry about being shorted the hardware either, they actually give you extra screws, cam locks etc, which is very nice. I definitely recommend these cabinets, worth the money to me!

It is a very nice looking file cabinet and straight forward to put together following clear instructions. However the drawer is almost 13.5 inches deep and a full 4 inches of the back of the drawer is inaccessible. So unless you intend to only use 2/3 of the space of bothe drawers you might want to look for another style.

This file cabinet is as beautiful as it is functional. Although putting it together was a chore, the instructions were great. The chore was how tedious it was. Structurally it’s very sturdy and definitely meets the need. Strongly recommend making the investment in this file cabinet. Or course the investment, is mostly the time putting it together.

Revised review- we took it apart and in doing so saw a mistake we made. We put it back together and it now works beautifully. Drawers slide easily. Not as sturdy as I’d like but it IS pressed wood so keep that in mind. Very pretty and goes very nicely in our office.
