I really like these, well finished and practical set. Not sure how long they will last, but should be long. The large one is just a bit thick for use with well fitted dress shoes. The small one is a bit thinner and works well. I like the unfinished wood look, and a must in every man's closet. Not in the same league as shoe horns make with horn, but then again you don't miss them if you leave them at a hotel room.

I used to have a shoe horn made of actual horn, which I loved but lost. I didn't want to buy plastic, because who needs more plastic. So, opted for these. They work fine in most cases, but if the shoe is a snug fit, the thickness of the shoe horn can make getting the shoe on a little painful.

My expectation for the price was this wood be a heavier and sturdy wood horn, it was ver underwhelming and the pictures make it look larger than it is… overall it accomplished the mission but for how long?!?
