Good quality. But the lenses are as weak as you can see the moon. The delivery changed after the purchase, so I don't believe in that deadline.

It's definitely for beginners.It feels flimsy and cheap.I expected much more magnification and a better viewing experience.The glass was clear enough.Even fully extended it was too short for me to comfortably use. (I'm 6"1' for what it's worth)I wish I had returned it when I first tried it.*EDIT*Their excellent customer service team reached out to me and offered me a more than satisfactory solution to my issues.I've changed the rating from 3 stars to 5 to reflect my appreciation for the customer service team.They really went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction.

Maybe I'm just a novice when it comes to star gazing. However even a novice knows how to point and focus. This telescope wasnt worth the money. Can barely see anything on the most clearest of night. Probably best to use this telescope in the high altitude you can get. That being said. Great for kids. Easy to assembly. Eye pieces could be better designed as well as the phone lenses.Customer service made it 5 stars nothing else

I took a picture using the telescope and it is not similar which the seller has in the Amazon ad which are beautiful pictures using the telescope. Is it a deceptive product? You see some spots, and not a clear image.

Bought for a 10 year old's birthday... its been put together but the instructions on how to use, focus, etc. are very minimal, to none.I'd like to be able to get this thing focused and know which lense to use. I am using the 25mm because I believe this would be the best one to start with based on a video I fould online. Would also like to know how to use the phone with adaptor. No instructions on use for this.Looks nice but instructions on use are non existent.How do I contact the company for support?
