Very nice airsoft pistol. No leaks, no jams, no problems. Was pleasantly surprised by it quality and attention to detail no matter how small. Nice rolled trademarks, smooth action, and the trigger pull is crisp and clean.

Well built and solid, cheapest price I've found surprisingly. Looks and feels like the real thing. Shoots good.

Great gun so far. Looks great and feels great. It's definitely lighter than the real thing when the magazine is out. The make some aftermarket weights u cam slide in next to where the mag loads to fix that though if it bothers you. Careful pulling rhe orange tip out. I rushed it and it broke off on me and was pain getting it all out.

I grabbed this for weekend airsoft games and target practice, and right out of the box, it felt exactly like the real thing. The weight, texture, and blowback action are super realistic—it even fits into my actual Glock holster. The first time I took it out to the backyard range, I was impressed with the accuracy and how clean each shot felt. It’s powered by CO₂, so you get that sharp snap with every pull, and it’s great for training or just having fun. The mag feels solid, and reloading is simple.Everyone who sees it says the same thing: “Wait… is that real?” 😂 It’s perfect for anyone who wants a pro-level airsoft sidearm with authentic Glock design.Whether you're an airsoft player, collector, or just want a lifelike training pistol, this Glock 17 Gen4 is definitely worth it.

Low-key bought it for protection. Saving up money to buy a real deal at some point in my life. It’s nice. I just don’t think it’s necessarily effective for home protection. You will need to buy BBs and green gas if you want this to be effective. but other than that, it’s a really solid gun.

I've never reviewed a product before, and it's only because I feel strongly enough about the quality of this product that I'm doing a review. This gun doesn't just exceed my expectations, it crushes them. Congratulations to the team that designed this, and probably some thanks to Glock as well for making sure this product wouldn't throw shade on the Glock name.I have shot thousands of rounds through a 9mm Glock G17, used a G17 in IDPA competition. I purchased this hoping the airsoft version of a G17 would provide some good practice that would carry over to the real thing and competition. It delivers! My biggest concerns going in were reliability and accuracy.Reliability: I have about 12,000 rounds through the gun at this point, and zero malfunctions. I am using high-quality, match-grade .20g bb's and never reuse a fired bb. I have fired most of my rounds using a 50 round mag converted to run on compressed air. I add a couple drops of silicone lube to the airline every 200 shots or so. Taking the gun apart every few thousand rounds it appears well-lubed and I don't see any visible signs of wear at this point. There has been no degradation of accuracy, velocity, or consistency at the time of this writing.Accuracy: Absolutely shocked at the accuracy. I shoot scaled down versions of Tactrainers IDPA targets and a variety of 1/4 and 1/3 scale steel targets about 1.25" in diameter. I can consistently hit these targets at ranges of 20-24 feet. This is running compressed air at 90psi, and .20gram match grade bb's as noted above, so very consistent setup, (your results may vary). I did not have to touch the sights or the hop-up. I expected the bb's to curve off at greater distances but have had no such issues.Trigger: The trigger feels very much like the real deal. and resets as quickly as the real thing. I can double tap as fast as I'm able without issue.Size. Even though it looks the same, the accessory rail and possibly the width of the slide are slightly bigger than the actual 9mm G17. The only way I know this is because of how it fits in my holster. I use an adjustable BladeTech holster and was able to loosen it up enough to fit the airsoft version. If you can't adjust your holster, it's probably not going to fit.Feel / Heft: Mag out, it's lighter than the real thing. The slide and barrel are simply lighter. With the weighty metal mag in, I would be hard pressed to tell the difference between the airsoft version and the real version with an empty or near empty mag.Overall I am extremely happy. I've been told by a pro-competitor that it should last 20k rounds before breaking any parts, and can easily go 40k rounds with a couple parts replaced. If it makes it 40k, that's less than half a cent per round if you pay $170 for the gun. This is way cheaper and far more convenient than practicing at the range. It's an incredible value to me, and I'll probably buy 1-2 per year for as long as I compete in action pistol sports.Update 1-22-19I'm now on my 3rd Umarex G17. I'm getting 15-20k rounds before some internal part breaks that I can't obtain a replacement for (some springs you can find, as they're the same as other brands, but I can't find a hammer as of this writing). I've talked to the manufacturer, and they're putting all parts towards new builds at this point, so there isn't much available on the market for spare parts. This is the only downside to the gun. Due to the spare parts issue, I also picked up a W.E. G17, and it seems almost identical and spare parts are available.

I've bought many high end airsoft pistols. I run this Glock on my side more often than not. The compatible mags are truly compatible. No excess blow-by, no hitches, just work. Capacity could be better, but it's a side arm and true to its purpose. I'm ordering another for a back-up.
