This is a great food carry bag that can be hand carried or worn as a back-pack (padded adjustable shoulder straps are comfortable). It has good firm structure, so it doesn't collapse and crush your food. There is a firm divider tray (it has velcro to secure it in place) to separate the upper and lower area, or you can just use it as a huge food carrier. The lower area expands to fit three large pizzas. The upper area can fit so take out bags. There are 4 side drawstring cup holders that secure the cups upright. This is a true winner for transporting food and keeping it hot or cold.

This is the best backpack for delivery you can for bicyclists in this app . It got space , good material , and from my experience it's waterproof ( I did my first delivery in the rain yesterday) . More over, it's insulated inside and has pliable board inside that acts as shelf , so you can separate the cold stuffs from the hot ones . Plus , the drinks pockets are really big.

Really well designed I love it. Hold the drink well, keep things cold or hot with customizable interior. Good quality as well.

better than most bags including the ones bought off Dash/UBER site. large pizzas fit, unlike the company bags, and is sized perfectly to hold two standard Chinese takeout bags that are the usual for family of 4 type dinner orders. bags on side fit 2 liter bottles. actually has prevented numerous dismissed orders and kept acceptance rate up.just be careful, because the zippers aren't the greatest and they stick to the folds of the pizza compartment or just some material in the top. i find that pushing a bit as i unzipped kept zipper from binding 90% of the time. haven't broke zippers, but know if i just yank that they will.

The bag is exactly as depicted, very good size and can fit small, maybe medium pizzas in the bottom. The optional dividers are solid with all sides having velcro. Also the cup holders on the sides can be tightened, which is nice. It's a bit more expensive than other bags at $100, but I don't really have any complaints with it. I've been able to fit every order thrown at me fairly comfortably.

The space in this bag is so much that its really useful if you are doing uber or other things really like the product.

Are you thinking of being a delivery person? One thing to understand is that at least with Uber Eats, you cannot see what's in the order you're picking up ahead of time. This means that *if* you were to accept an order from a pizza place and the pizzas happen to be larger than this bag can hold, you're screwed. Thus, you're likely never to use that additional space or feature.Whether this also applies to other delivery services I'm not sure, but a lot of the frills that come with this bag are going to be seldom if ever used. If you're a car driver doing mostly pizza orders, then you probably have an actual pizza bag. If you're doing drink orders, you sure as hell are not keeping them out in the open individually being precariously gripped by a drawstring at neck height. They will open and spill as soon as you hit a good bump in the road. Most drinks are already packaged by the restaurants and are in the bags. So even if the holders did have some kind of functional use, you're never going to pick up an order where you'd use them. The bag is built very well. It's sturdy and holds its shape well enough. However, since there is no frame and the only things holding the bag up are some hard paper inserts, I can see this bag losing its shape over time and being a pain to repair. The use of zippers over velcro is also a concern as zippers can let water through and generally break/wear much quicker.Another thing to know is that compared to a regular XL bag which is more of a box, this is much narrower and L-shaped when fully expanded. This means that you get much less actual real-estate for your orders. I have picked up many orders so far with large square boxes that would not have fit in this bag. The large square takeout trays that are obviously very common will not fit into this bag. I've attached two pics to show the difference. You can see that they're the same height and width, but the square bag is much deeper because that extra space is lost for the pizza section where the Trunab bag pulls out. Inside the XL bag is a 7-11 paper bag, which would occupy almost all floor space in the Trunab bag by itself. I don't have a large foam tray on me to take a picture of, but I assure you it occupies more floorspace than that. The last thing about this bag is that being only front-opening is going to be a total pain and is completely disadvantageous to being able to load from the top. There are no benefits to it opening this way at all and it will in fact hurt you quite a bit when you have to pull something out of a loaded bag. In my XL bag I'm free to use things to stuff the bag to keep food secure and even better the insulation. In the Trunab bag all of that effort would end up getting in the way as I try to pull the food out without having it all fall forward. It's actually so impractical that I doubt anyone on the team that designed it actually does deliveries. It is way more of a backpack/travelpack than it is a functional delivery bag.Overall, you're paying for a lot of extra frills that you will not use during everyday delivery. What you need is just a generic XL bag that you can get from anywhere for around $60. That will hold pretty much any bagged order. This entire Trunab line seems to be all marketing. Looks nice, but you are paying twice as much for the exact same functionality or less.

This bag is just awesome! If you're not interested in reading a long review, the tldr version is buy it.I bought this to do deliveries on a motorcycle but I also use it for nearly every delivery I make in cars too, even though I have a ton of other bags. It holds a crazy amount of food and 9 times out of 10 it's just the best bag for the job, hands down. It's very high quality, and I'm convinced it's the best bag out there. Customers constantly complement it.After using it on about 200 deliveries, there are only a few things I'd change to make it what I'd consider to be perfect, and most of them are easily fixed yourself:1.) The pizza part at the bottom should expand to hold 16 inch pizzas. It holds 14 inch pizzas already so it doesn't seem like too much of a design change to offer a larger size. Not really something you can do anything about yourself.2.) There needs to be a small bit of Velcro on the inside-back of the bag, to hold the divider up and out of the way for those deliveries when you need the whole bag instead of a divided bag. Super easy fix to do yourself.3.) There needs to be one more piece of support board for the top of the bag. Mine started sagging a bit. Not a lot, but just enough to make it something to have to deal with to get food in the bag and to zip it easily. I improvised a fix by taping a piece of plastic coat hanger across the inside top. Not sure yet if that's a permanent solution but so far so good, and easily done.4.) Some small drinks (especially those with the dome lids like they use for Icees and ice cream based desserts) are too short for the cup holders, so they drop down in too far, which can catch the lid on the lip of the cup holder and cause the lid to come off if you're not careful. To fix that, I cut the bottoms off of some plastic cups and put them in upside down to effectively make the pockets shorter so the lids of the smaller cups stick up above the edge of the holders. It's another easy fix, but I'd love to see the manufacturer make something that fits the pockets better that could be used upside down for small drinks and right side up for larger drinks. The pockets might need to be made a little larger to accommodate that, but they could stand to be slightly larger for those drinks the size of large Arby's cups anyway.Note: I actually fit a 2 liter soda bottle into one, so don't get the idea that they aren't useful as is.5.) I bought a heating pad from a third party to use in the bag, and it really completes the whole thing and delights customers. Easy addition, but the quality of the materials of the heating pad is not as good as those of the bag, so I'd prefer to have the option of buying one made by these same folks for a better fit and consistent quality. Wishful thinking perhaps, but I thought I'd throw it in while I'm offering suggestions for improvements.Anyway, if you're still reading this, just buy it already. It's the best thing out there and well worth the investment! If you're the manufacturer, thank you so much for making this awesome bag! I hope the feedback is helpful.

This bag is outstanding for food delivery. It is large enough to hold 2 or 3 small or medium-sized orders. It is comfortable to wear and fits good. It has rigid sides but you can also take those out if you need to fold it. It has 4 large drink holders which is super important for bikers or scooters. In short, this bag is brilliant! My only suggestion for improving it used to make the top open. You have to load the food through the upper part of the wide side of the bag. It works but sometimes with big bags it takes some finesse. Overall it is highly, highly recommended for food delivery bikers.

This bag is very comfortable as a back pack even when loaded up. It definitely keeps hot items hot and cold items cold for quite a while. The cup holders on the sides work great and I have not had a drink spill yet, even when biking.I can fit 2 larger orders and 4 small orders in here. The only thing I have to complain about is that there is no way a 14 inch pizza fits in here. I can't get the front pocket to zip with a medium pizza.Otherwise it has paid for itself multiple times over!

My son uses his scooter for DoorDashing to earn extra money. He searched Amazon for delivery bags to facilitate his deliveries. This bag met all his needs. Roomy and well-made. Excellent buy.
