We bought parrot formula for our birds and all nuts were rancid. Return isn't available. Would like to return the product for a refund. Total quality of the product is very low.

The bag had several holes in it, it had been taped shut by someone but they missed other holes. It was a bit of mess when we opened the box.

This Tropimix Small parrot formula is a great go to staple food with a good mix variety to keep my conure happy and energetic. Love the fact that it is available in a 20 pound size.

Seems like good quality food but not enough seeds. My green cheek conure eats only about half of the mix, effectively rendering half the mix useless.In summary, it seems like good quality parrot food but I will not be buying it again for my green cheek conure.

Il sacco di cibo mi è arrivato rotto ed aggiustato con lo scotch in più punti, con tanto di contenuto perso dentro lo scatolone (che era integro, quindi cosa non attribuibili al corriere).Peso del prodotto leggermente inferiore al dichiarato nel sacco (evidentemente perché fuoriuscito) ed in più non è possibile fare il reso.Di conseguenza non ho chiaramente nessuna garanzia della corretta conservazione di quanto acquistato.

This has always been one of my favorite bird mixes to offer my parrots, none of my birds reject it. Great variety and balanced diet with just enough treats. Always smells great and fresh, trusted brand and product for many years!

I purchased this product on the recommendation of an online Amazon birdclub whose members highly recommended it. I didn’t question the recommendation and purchased the large size bag. As soon as I opened the bag, I could smell a “spice” smell that reminded me of something skunky I used to smoke - the smell was so off putting and triggering that I closed up the bag and brought it to a family member’s home who feeds all the outdoor critters — I am happy to report the crows love it! Maybe no one else will have that reaction to the smell, but, wow, one whiff of this bird food and I was taken aback to a time and place I never want to go back to!
