This baby is a very solid well made item made from beautiful firm heavy plastic. Easy to load just push two buttons on each side and it will pop up and allow you to fill with paper towels then just push it back down and Viola! it's ready to go. It even has two large round spots on the bottom covered with clear plastic you just peel off if you want to stick to your counter so it won't move. I am very impressed with this item. I have it sitting on my kitchen counter. No more expensive rolls of paper towels and using dirty kitchen tea towels. I would love to give this more than five stars cause it is worth more! I am very happy with this dispenser.

It looks nice sitting on the counter and I have had no problems with the spring as some other reviewers have mentioned. Be careful when closing it after reloading it though - it falls back into place quickly and if your finger is in the way it can get pinched! I have switched to the paper sheets insted of paper towel for quick clean ups and hand drying and I am finding it much more economical. Would recommend!

I wasn't completely sure if it would be worth how much it costs at first, but now that I have it I couldn't imagine life without it. It's really easy to use and It fits practically anywhere!
