Like this product, gives immediate feedback to the player. Usually takes them a couple of minutes to figure out how to swing it. Directions for use were adequate

The rope/barrel came out of the handle during first use after I had swung a few times to demonstrate how to use it to my 9yo. Thus, the 4 star ratin However, I fed it back into the tubed handle and ran 3-4 short screws through the handle and into the rope. It has performed flawlessly over the 3 months since and is a fraction of the cost of the original rope bat priced at $140. This is one of the best tools on the market. It absolutely will improve any athletes swing mechanics created a connected, stay through the ball, swing. Love this thing!

My softball girls have been using this for the last couple months. I have them working off the tee only(so far) with this rope bat. Inside, outside, high and low tee work and the small problems become so obvious when using this verses their regular bats. Line drives with a regular bat becomes a ground ball or a pop up and they really need to swing correctly and work to get that line drive with this trainer. I like the price of this set but I think this would be even better if it had an option to buy a bucket of the foam balls with the trainer. 5 stars

It might help correct some issues. However if not done 100% correctly, it might also cause other mechanical flaws. The problem is will a kid using one in his backyard be able to tell the difference in right vs wrong. That worries me. Glad I didn't spend triple the amount on a real rope bat.

This is a fantastic training aid for young baseball players! It teaches them to stay connected and stay on plane during their swing. Great value, especially compared to the 'name brand' competitor. Durability of the including foam balls has been good, no issues!
