If you missed it in the description this is for use with an air compressor.The compressed air/non-corrosive cleaning method is effective for tackling dirt. The Ultra Air Blaster has the added feature of a long flexible nozzle that can be used for focusing that cleaning action into tight areas such as around engine bays, suspension components, and down inside to reach areas such as around the internals and underside of an ATV. Useful for engine cleaning on older vehicles with unsealed connectors which can be negatively affected by being saturated by water.The compressed air/cleaner mist gently abrades the area clean. The chemical strength and delusion is that which is put in the container and not further diluted by water being use as the propellant.Construction of the main body is metal. The canister is plastic and has a weighted and screen filtered pick up. There is a valve to regulate the cleaner to air ratio. It comes with air line fittings and a screw cap to seal unused chemical for later use.The main feature with the engine blaster is the directional hose. The tip provides a concentrated pattern which the pattern is not adjustable. The hose is semi-rigid and can be formed to hold various shapes. The hose is additionally coated in a protective material which offers protection if it comes in contact with other items. Great tool, not too much water is introduced in engine cleaning = happy electrical connectors. Full tank lasted me half an hour. Close the tank, great air blow gun. Tool quality is top notch, time will tell the longevity. Need shop size air compressor, uses a lot of air. Recommend!

I have several classic cars so I am always looking for ways to make my cleaning and detailing faster and better. This is such a simple and basic idea but is executed wonderfully. All the components are top notch. It essentially works as a mini pressure washer but instead of using pressurized water it uses pressurized air and uses the venturi principal (like a carburetor) to pull water and cleaning solution along with it and spray it out of the nozzle. But in this case you have so much more control and it doesn't flood what you are cleaning. The controls work very smoothly. It does take two hands to operate, or at least it does for me - one on the handle and trigger and the other controlling the spray tip. One fill up lasts a long time. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago!
